Our family friendly cottage has 3 bedrooms (pull out sofa sleeper as well) & a 2 car garage for your ORV/SxS/Snowmobile(s). The space is well equipped with a full kitchen, including: range, microwave, dishwasher & refrigerator, full bathroom and full size washer & dryer. Munising & Pictured Rocks are a 15 minute drive. Kitch-iti-kipi Springs is 40 +\-minutes south. Access to the ORV/Snowmobile Trail (8) is 100 yards from the cottage. Marquette is just under an hour's drive west.We are available to our guests via phone call or text throughout their entire stay. We observe COVID-19 cleaning protocols between each vacationer.Two security cameras are located on the exterior of the home, facing away from the residence. One is near the front door and one is near the back garage door. Nestled in the woods off H-58 near Pictured Rocks, this stylish home has open concept living and dining. Disconnect and travel to the UP! Grab your friends and family for hiking, biking, or just chilling. Our modern kitchen is fully stocked to cook your own meals then sit down to eat at the handmade wood table, island or high top bar. The living area has a big comfy sectional, overstuffed chair with ottoman and 65” flatscreen.This brand new Barndominium was completed in the spring of 2024. Be one of the first guests to enjoy all it has to offer. Bring your side by side or ATV and explore miles of trails. Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers and direct access to Trail 8. You will enter the home through the garage which has the same in floor radiant heat as the home. The garage has 2 large overhead doors on each end, making it easy to drive through with snowmobiles, motorcyles or ORVs. The snowmobile trail is right down the road from the house. There is a full size refrigerator/freezer as well as a large table with chairs for gathering or when using any of the 3 grills provided. The main door from the garage takes you into the open concept living and dining area of the home. You will find the laundry room and full bathroom to your immediate left when you walk in. We do have some exercise equipment, games, high chair, pack n play, and extra beach chairs. The laundry room has a brand new washer and dryer as well as space to hang clothing. Through the laundry room you will find a full bathroom with walk in shower. The open concept living room flows through to the kitchen and dining area as well as the office space. You will find in floor radiant heating throughout the home. In the living room we have a large comfy sectional sofa w/a queen size sofa bed, a 65” HDTV, oversized chair w/ottoman and a high top bar table behind the couch to watch the game or just hang out. The large sliding glass doors lead from the living room outside to the patio where you will find a picnic table to enjoy meals and the unique kettle style fire pit for those cool summer nights. The kitchen has brand new appliances, beautiful blue cabinets, open shelving, and plenty of counter space to meal prep. The huge 8 foot island is perfect to gather around while preparing or enjoying your meals with several bar stools. We have everything you will need to cook available for you in this home. The handcrafted kitchen table will seat an additional 8 guests, perfect for eating or playing a game. Walking from the living/dining area to the bedrooms, you will find the dedicated work space along the right wall with a Herman Miller desk and chair if you must do that thing called work while on vacation. Across from the office area on your left you will find the master bedroom and bath. In the master, we have a comfy king bed with a bench at the foot, nightstand, dresser, standing mirror, and open hanging closet space in the corner. Each bedroom and bath have large windows with room darkening shades for privacy. The en suite bathroom has a large walk in shower, vanity/toilet, plenty of towels and shampoo/cond./body soap for your use. Farther down the short hall you will find the third full bath straight ahead. Here we have another walk in shower, vanity and toilet. The second bedroom to the immediate left of this bath has 2 queen beds, a dresser and a space to hang and store clothing. The third bedroom is adjacent to the second. This bedroom has a queen bed, open shelf dresser and a space to hang clothing. There is also a reading chair in this room next to the window. There are ceiling fans in all three of the bedrooms as well. This home has been recently renovated. It has a brand new kitchen and mudroom. The bathrooms have been updated as well. The added heated mudroom makes staging your outdoor events more pleasant. Snowmobiler's will love this place to take off there gear. This home is located on 10 acres backed up to the Hiawatha National forest. The Renze's Bear Den sleeps up to 14 guests. Easy access to all the outdoor activities that are offered in the Munising Area. We have a 2 - bedroom and 1 - bath cedar log cabin vacation rental situated on 8 - acres adjacent to national forest. We have A/C, WI-FI, grill, and campfire. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed. The upstairs has 2 - full beds. Property has outside cameras for security.Kitchen utensils, cookware, linens, and bathroom essentials are all provided. You will have to bring your own toiletries such as toilet paper, shampoo, and other items. We do stock toilet paper, but not for extended stays. There is a coffee maker that also has pod capability. We have a fire pit, gas, and charcoal grills outside.We are 2-miles south of Lakeshore Trail, Miner's Castle, Pictured Rocks, and Miner's Beach. Pictured Rocks Golf Course is 2 - miles west and the town of Munising is 5 - miles south-west. Snowmobile and ATV trail is 1/2 - mile east.This is our 2nd vacation rental that just started May 2023.
