Close to everything with 3 big screen tvs, fast wifi, games, a couch you could sink into, a giant beanie bag, and 3 super comfortable beds. Use the August app to get inside and be welcomed by our living room / kitchen area. We have an open kitchen design so when Netflix is playing on the big screen tv you can stay tuned while cooking.We have a big L shaped couch where you plomp down and relax. Flick on and watch Hulu, Netflix, Disney, or Espn+. We have the lights on a dimmer so you can control your comfort level. A right from here takes into the game room where we have a basketball game. Who has the best shots in the group? Next to that we have a pull up station if you like to workout during your stay. Calisthenics is the way to go. Another right takes you downstairs to our washer & dryer machines with a cabinet to keep your detergent. A left from the game room takes you outside to our fully fenced yard that included a fire pit.Walking from the other direction from the living room you will see the bigger bathroom on the right, with the first bed room on the left. Past this our 2 other bedrooms both with Tvs. The bedroom on the left corner is the biggest, and has a grass wall along with the neon lights. The bedroom on the right corner has its own bathroom. This Beautiful historic home is right in the heart of downtown Milton,Fl. This home was built in 1863 and is apart of Milton’s haunted ghost tour. The Gainer home is filled with mystery and suspicious claims surrounding the owner, Aubrey Gainers passing. With almost 3,000 sqft of history and beautiful furnishings, this home will accommodate any occasion. This home offers three bedrooms and three full bathrooms with a furnished front and back porch. This home also has a large balcony overlooking the town and views of the river which is perfect for sunbathing. This homes perfect location is within walking distance to local bars, restaurants, and a brewery just across the street. Every Friday night, they host Bands on Blackwater, which is a family event; so bring your lawn chairs and enjoy the show and array of food trucks! For all the outdoor adventurer’s, Milton has a ton to offer. Located right on the Blackwater River, you can enjoy canoeing and tubing for an all day excursion.
