This secluded, spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin which serves as the “guest house” for the property, is located about 200 yards from the main house, and comfortably sleeps 6. This property is a working ranch with a small number of registered longhorn cattle, which freely roam the property. The home itself is approximately 1200+ sf with both bedrooms fitted with their own bathrooms and walk-in closets. There is a nice kitchen, living space with a large, screened-in porch across the back. Situated atop the highest elevation of the ranch, the views are plentiful, with a beautiful lake and rolling terrain, featuring lovely grassland, dotted with trees. Located in sparsely populated Milam county, wildlife abounds…Deer, coyotes, bobcats, hawks, eagles and other critters frequent the area and are routinely spotted. Expect stunning nighttime star gazing and refreshing daytime panoramic views. Get away from the grind, put your mobile phone away, build yourself a campfire in the fire pit, and roast yourself some marshmallows or smores, while you enjoy fresh air and the peace and tranquility of country living.
