GARBAGE & TRASH: Do not place garbage or trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or car ports. Excess garbage & trash, where the trash bin lid cannot be closed securely, must be take the Massanutten Property Owner’s Association Community Trash dumpster located at 4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840. If there is loose garbage &/or trash within the trash bin, a surcharge fee of $35 will be charged to the guest. 14. CHECK-OUT: Late check-outs cannot be accommodated due to the time conflicts of our cleaners servicing many other properties. If determined that check-out is after 10:00am, a surcharge of $70 will be charged to the guest for every hour after 10:00am that check-out does not occur.15: NOISE: Noise that is unreasonable in the judgement of MPOA or its designated agent is prohibited at any time. You are able to take all guests staying at the home to the Stonewall Terrace Pool for MPOA (outdoor pool) off of Peak Drive for free! This pool is open typically from Memorial Day through the beginning of August, and remains open through Labor day if they have enough lifeguards. 13. During winter, please ensure all vehicles are equipped for unfavorable driving conditions. This includes snow chains. Massanutten does a great job of clearing the road to the house. We pretreat with ice melt, plow the driveway and shovel to the main door. Winter on a mountain can have unexpected storms of various intensity.
