This property borders the beautiful Gage Gardens. The master bedroom is downstairs with a private bathroom, whirlpool tub and a large walk in closet. This property has a beautiful living area open to a full kitchen, fully stocked, with granite countertops, and a full laundry room with a washer and dryer. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom, and a sitting area. Outside the back door you will find an outside sitting area with a propane grill. One of the experimental buildings on our property, this structure was designed and built partially by the same artisan who did a good bit of the foundation work on Eve's Garden, one of the best examples of 'papercrete' building world wide and located in north Marathon. This building, named 'Na Bolom' or 'Jaguar House' in Mayan was constructed in the manner of the ubiquitous conical structures in Southern Italy, all through desert communities in the Middle East, Africa and is comfortable for two persons.Come try this amazing edifice in the wilds of the far west Texas, trans-Pecos region just north of Big Bend National Park. There is a deck on the west side and access is encouraged to the other experimental building projects on La Loma Del Chivo. This private structure is suitable for a couple or single person.Comfortable queen size bed in the bedroom,single futon sofa in the living room , private bathroom.The house is filled with trinkets we collected travelling around the world. Coffee pot ,mini fridge,clean sheets and towels provided .Previous porch was transformed into spacious shower .You will experience dust, we are in the desert , far from a Hilton.Very different , not for businessmen , all out here is outdoor.
