Beautiful views in a peaceful setting and only about 5 minutes from the lake. We are open and we rent year round with numerous re-renters. Please do not include the first 5 children age 5 and under in your number of guests- we do not charge for them. In the Inquiry, include your dates and the number of guests you will have spending the night. If you will have guests arriving only for use of the facility during the day please note that we do charge a small fee for them as well. This is because with large groups it costs us a lot more in electricity, septic space, wear and tear, supplies, cleaning, and amount of trash. Please just let us know about day guests in the notes section of your inquiry. We can break all reservations into three separate payments, only the first of which is due to reserve your dates. ***Please Note that we DO NOT accept single night rentals on Friday or Saturday nights unless Agreed upon first.
