It is DIRECT OCEANFRONT & BEACHFRONT with Amazing views!!! Private ocean view patio! This unit is immaculate and pride of ownership is evident throughout. Maalaea village is a gem with its central location and its fantastic trade winds. They provide a cooling breeze that keeps the temperatures just right. Beautifully landscaped grounds with a pool and BBQ. Any stress you have will melt away. Slip into the pool and enjoy the ocean view while you relax in the Maui sun.Perfect central location to go explore the island! Or take a day to just relax to catch a glimps of green sea turtles rolling in the surf or bobbing up for air, even sunning themselves on the beach. In the winter months (Nov-April) you will have a front row seat to breaching whales as they come back to the islands to give birth, nurse, and play with their young!At the end of our cul-de-sac is Sugar Beach, 2-3 minute walk from the unit. If you like the sun, the beach, and a relaxing vacation this is the place for you!!! It's the perfect home away from home with everything you need! It has king-sized beds in both bedrooms, HDTVs everywhere, and a fully stocked kitchen including toaster/blender/coffeemaker, etc, paper products, spices, and more.The inside is peaceful and perfect, but the outside is unbelievable. The pictures were all taken by us, but we frequently hear from guests that they don't do the place justice. Those taken from above (e.g. views of the pool) were really taken from our Lanai and those on the beach were really taken from right in front of the condo!We have our own high-speed (100mbps) internet and encrypted wifi or spend your time lounging around the heated pool. We have lots of play toys for your use including beach chairs & towels, sand toys, a cooler, even some snorkeling gear.The Kanai A Nalu condo complex means 'gentle surf' in Hawaiian. Enjoy the gentle surf just steps from the condo!!! As you walk the beach be sure to look for sea turtles just off the shore. Look for their heads as they pop up for air.Nearby you can walk to many attractions, shops, and restaurants such as the Maui Ocean Center (aquarium), Maui Golf & Sports Park, and the Maalaea Harbor where many whale watching tours, dinner cruises, and snorkeling adventures can be chartered from. Charming, third floor, non-smoking apartment with panoramic view from kitchen, living room and balcony. Tasteful decor and tile floors create a pleasant and warm home, with new kitchen cabinets and granite counters. You can watch whales during winter from the private balcony and enjoy the incredible view of the protected bay and neighboring islands all year round. People who have stayed here have come back over and over again. Maalaea is central to the island's many attractions. 20 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes to Lahaina, Kahului and the North Shore with it's many windsurfing locations. Shopping is about 20 minutes by car and restaurants are in 5 minutes walking distance. 5 minutes walk in one direction brings you to Maalea's yacht harbor with a small shopping mall and the well known Maui Ocean Center (Aquarium). 5 minutes walk the other direction will bring you to a 2 mile long sandy beach.Comments from previous guests:We have enjoyed our two week stay in your lovely suite immensely.
