This house is kid friendly with toys and games for all ages, books, two toddler mattresses (one under each King bed), pack-n-play, and toddler dining booster seat. For entertainment, there is free Wi-Fi, a smart TV in each bedroom and the living room (Spectrum TV streaming included), movies, board games and puzzles. Additional items such as a beach wagon, bikes, scooters, chairs, floats, and beach toys are available for use. Very comfortable and clean canal home cottage! This wonderful canal front home offers great views of the marsh and the waterway! New in 2023, the Guest bath has been remodeled, and new carpet in the bedrooms! Relax on the covered back porch overlooking the canal. In the hot afternoons, there is an outdoor living space under the home complete with a sectional sofa, coffee table, chairs, and a picnic table. Inside the home offers 3 Bedrooms (all with Queen beds), a portacrib for the small ones, 2 full Baths, Well stocked kitchen with a couple of bar stools. Living and Dining rooms open with vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans in the kitchen, living room, and all bedrooms! There is also an enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off all the sand and deck seating on that level as well. For the person who loves kayaking, there is an available kayak for your use.
