Please be respectful to our neighbors and do not use their property. Be mindful to children and pets to stay on our property only.Must be over 23 to book -Please be mindful this is a residential neighborhood. No loud music after 10pm. No excessive noise outside after 9pm.- DO NOT drive on the grass around the home with any vehicles - NO paper of any kind down the toilets. That includes toilet paper. Please place everything in waste basket. Any paper in toilet can result in clogging and plumbing issues that you will be responsible for.- Do not pour any grease, oils, butters down drains. Please wait for grease to cool down and throw into the garbage. Grease can damage plumbing and cost will be on the guest.- Absolutely NO showers, washer or dish washer usage after 1130pm. Excessive water usage after 1130pm can cause serious damage to the home. Please limit water usage to flushing toilets and light faucet use.-Do not use fireplace.-Beware of lake swim at your own risk. Can purchase wood from home Depot and Walmart. Please be very careful when lighting fires to ensure no flammable objects are close by. Do Not overfill fire pit with wood and light big fires.
