Two bedroom, two bath, two story home in the woods (second floor is main floor). Enjoy the peaceful secluded, wooded lot with two outdoor firepits and large balcony. Inside you will find everything you need to relax, unwind and unplug from the busyness of every day life. The main living space is found on the second floor and boasts beautiful vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, silverware and a Keurig and coffee pot and pizza oven. There is a full size refrigerator, stove and dishwasher and kitchen table as well as additional seating at the counter.The kitchen opens up to a living space with a wall of windows that give you a beautiful view of the Northwoods. Head out to the deck to relax or kick back inside and play some board games with family and friends. There is an antenna for the TV (just PBS) but you are welcome to bring your own streaming device (such as a fire stick or roku) as the TV has HDMI ports available. There are also plenty of DVDs available for you to enjoy. The main bedroom boast beautiful views, a queen size bed, closet, dresser and small sitting area with a recliner. The second bedroom has a sturdy twin over full bunk bed. There is also a washer and dryer available for your use. Mini ironing board and full sized iron located in laundry room.There is a large driveway with plenty of parking and room for boat or snowmobile trailers. Located about 10 miles/15 minutes from downtown Minocqua where you will find everything from shopping and restaurants to lake access for boating and swimming. For winter enjoyment, you are able to ride your snowmobile directly to the trail from the house. If you are up for some night life, Lake of the Torches gambling casino is only a 15 minute car ride or a nice snowmobile ride away. Our renovated, clean, lake house is for making memories with kids and grandkids. In addition to 3 bedrooms, there is a den with a trundle bed. Quiet spot on largest lake on a ten chain lake with some of the cleanest water in the Northwoods. Waterskiing, tubing, fishing, bonfires, watching sunset, playing games, and getting back to connected life. This lake is the anchor of our extended family and a source of stability for our kids. We try to share this joy with our guests.For summer fun we provide two kayaks, scooters, tubes, fishing poles, bonfire pit, charcoal grill, picnic table / chairs on deck, and dock with bumpers and tie downs for your rental boat. The property offers nearly 4.5 acres of rolling wooded hills which allow ATV, snowmobile, and nature exploration without leaving the property. Watch bald eagles soar outside the screen porch and loons swim just feet off the dock. The cabin is set less than 100' from crystal clear and full recreation White Sand Lake. Feel free to bring your own boat (give Dillman's or Zelm's a call to launch at their private landing), or use the 2 canoes and 4 kayaks provided for guests. Store your gear just 5 feet from the water in the secure boathouse. Don't have a boat, no worries. There are several rental companies in the area and one called Dillman’s right on the lake who can deliver to our dock! If you would like, we have a 22' pontoon boat with fish finder available for a reasonable fee and security deposit. Known for musky, walleye, perch, and crappie, fishing guests have many options and with over 1,200 acres and many bays won't feel crowded.
