Fantastic hotel,lovely location giving the best night view of Manhattan, easy access by 10 minute ferry ride every 20 minutes,rooms were large with 2 televisions,on site Italian restaurant served delicious meals,staff were very friendly and polite,also bus service outside hotel for cheaper access to Manhattan.

There aren't many decent chain hotels in Harrison, so I chose this one since it was very close to my office. The facilities are extremely average and the room price online is very uneven and requires special attention. Booking early is twice as expensive as booking late for the same room type. Don't expect too much from the service. Just be mentally prepared to help yourself. We stayed for four nights and found that the room was not taken care of, so we were told that it would be cleaned every other day. Breakfast is gourmet minimalist. Weekend paper plates and cups. In short, don’t have any high expectations, let alone value for money.

Booked this for 3 weeks for my girlfriend.
I stayed sometimes as well.
Most of the front desk staff are fantastic except for the older short asian lady with glasses. Bad temperament and service but I guess that’s her demeanor.
Also, housekeeping staff never knocked on our door -most don’t speak a word of English.
Ofherwise, fantastic stay. Has gym, netflix, price is affordable ($200 a night for suite). My goto in North Bergen!

I'm happy to stay on this hotel, their room is clean, quiet and comfort, closed to everywhere, but I didn't receive my deposit money after check out from this hotel. They didn't refund my deposit money, they said money will transfer back automatically to my bank account. They said need 5-6 days working days for process to get back my deposit money but till now since I left from the hotel 2 weeks already, still didn't get refund for my deposit money. Thank you.

It is very close to the subway entrance, and there is a supermarket right after the subway exit. If you are dragging a suitcase, remember to look at the signs in the subway. There are relatively few elevators. This hotel is the most spacious hotel in this US trip. The rooms in New York are really small and expensive. This area is also very bright. If you want to go to New York, the Path line is very fast.

The location is very good. It is on the GroveSt station of the PATH. It is very convenient to get to the hotel immediately after exiting the station. It takes two stops to get to Manhattan, and then transfer to the subway to other attractions. It is not far from Manhattan, but the housing price and space are quite competitive. The room has a small kitchen with tableware and a dishwasher for convenient cooking. The hotel also has coin-operated washing machines, which is very suitable for family travel. What is more inconvenient is that the hotel will not take the initiative to provide bottled water. You have to ask for it at the counter. If you ask, it will basically be given. , this is pretty good :)

Great hotel and facilities, good and comfortable beds, you have the bus stop around the corner to go to Manhattan, it takes about 30-40 minutes depending on the traffic which is usually quite heavy in the Lincoln tunnel.

Facilities: It would be better if there was one more bright light in the room. The lights here are dim and more atmospheric, but the lights in the bathroom are bright white and very bright.
Environment: Compact, the restaurant will not have enough seats when there are many people.

GGuest UserIt has a small kitchen and is located in the financial district. It is very safe. There is a car rental company behind it. It is a five-minute walk to the Hudson River. New York is across the street. It is very convenient to take the subway and the World Trade Center is just one stop away.

GGuest UserMy sister helped me to check in earlier in the afternoon because we arrived at JFK 10pm on that day and we don't know why our rooms were put as stay over, thus the cleaners don't provide bed tidying nor changing bedsheets until we inquired.
Though we stayed 7 nights we were only provided drinking bottle water on the first day and the hotel is charging USD3.75 per small bottle of drinking water.
The hotel is strategically located, easy access to restaurants and the bus stops is just beside the hotel.
The receptionist Ms Shantel was very nice and service commendable when we reached hotel 230am. We met her again the day we left and the hotel should have more staff as friendly as Ms Shantel.

浮浮云On Saturday night, there is no suitable hotel in Manhattan. The store was found 15 hours before the check-in. There is breakfast, the price is right, and it takes 45 minutes by bus to Manhattan. I didn't expect that although New Jersey was separated from New York by a river, it was a lot of nights. At 8 o'clock in the evening, the bus was quiet, and people regretted it. Fortunately, only 5/6 minutes walk, I saw the LOGO shining, and my heart settled down. The room is quite big, 40 pings should be there, the facilities are good, there are new Samsung standards in China, and breakfast is included. The price is a little more than a third of the Manhattan area. The 1200 tax is very good. Quiet and noisy at night, hot water. After breakfast at 7:30 in the morning, I rushed to Manhattan. The navigation was a little episode. The 129/190 bus stop was not very easy to find. In short, I found it and arrived at the public station in 15 minutes.

GGuest UserThe hotel was nice. The front desk was very helpful. My only problem with Trip.com they don’t pay the hotel. This is the second time I used the website and it was an issue where the hotel charged my credit card for the night I stayed when I had already paid thru Trip.com. So I’m in the process of trying to get a refund. I will not be using Trip.com for future trips. I will book directly thru the hotel site. One more thing the hotel site was cheaper than Trip.com

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located in New Jersey, the room facilities are similar to the hotel, the facilities are relatively simple.
The location is not very good, the surrounding environment feels a bit poor. The traffic is not very convenient, there is no subway around, although the distance to Manhattan is not far, but the taxi needs to pay $20 in addition to the fare of the tunnel, so the cost is quite expensive. At night, the taxi is out of the city, the driver does not give the watch, the price is very outrageous. The lights and USB sockets in the room are bad, and the front desk can't solve it, so let yourself find a way. The quality of the service staff is not very good. The room rate plus the taxi fee can be found a hotel of the same level closer to the city. Unless you are going to work nearby, it is not recommended to live.

It is a ten-minute walk from the hotel to the transportation hub. The bus to New York is very common. 30 minutes to New York Times Square. Hotel health is good, breakfast is rich, service is good.
