You will find the main floor with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and the lower level with 2 bedrooms and one bath. A living area and kitchen area on each level, providing lots of space for larger groups. A larger area for extended family or friends traveling together while giving some privacy. Freshly painted and new carpet make this town home just like new. New beds and the bedding and towels are provided for your use. Plenty of windows and great views off the deck. The deck is a perfect spot to enjoy an outdoor BBQ or just sit and relax, read a book or just simply enjoy the views. Off in the distance you will hear the sounds of the 1880 Train. Full kitchen on main level, dishes, pots and pans, and coffee pot are provided in case you choose to make your own meals. Lower level with partial kitchen with fridge, counters and sink. Dining out is near by with the Alpine Inn, Hill City Cafe and even Subway. While the town of Hill City offers many activities and unique shops such as The Farmer's Daughter, it is also centrally located to most tourist attractions in the hills.
