Cozy two bedroom apartment attached to our home on Hermon Pond in Hermon Maine. We are 5 minutes from the interstate, 20 minutes from Bangor international airport and about an hour from Acadia National Park. With our long private driveway and pond in the backyard it could be the middle of nowhere. Space is separated from our main living space by a closed off long stairway.Guest accessSuite is located above a private but attached garage. One garage space is available for the guests but there is plenty of outdoor parking. A short stairwell is used to access the suite. We park and access our living space elsewhereOther things to noteWe encourage outdoor recreation and have plenty of space to access the pond and woods. The pond is a year round playground providing great boating, fishing and swimming in the summer, and switches over to ice fishing, skating and snowmobiling in the winter. The local snowmobile club maintains access to ITS trails from the pond.There is Hermon Ski Mountain within walking distance! They offer tubing and more!We have a fire pit that can be used at your own risk. There is a fire extinguisher available outside near the pit. We ask that you bring your own fire wood.
