Groceries, shopping, beaches, restaurants, tennis, sailing, hiking, are all close by!! For a day trip, you can get to Acadia National Park, and Schodic point in about 30 minutes. This house is ready to go for winter rentals as well and is perfect for a cozy winter stay.
