There is a public boat ramp available for use just down the road, but please note that the ramp is very steep with a couple tight turns. There's a fully equipped kitchen area with large open kitchen, dining and living area with high vaulted ceilings, large flat screen TV and large wrap around deck, partially covered. Main/bottom level has 2 bedrooms, both w/ queen beds, upstairs has a nice open loft sitting area and 1 large bedroom with a queen bed, a living room area and a large flat screen TV. Garage apartment has another 1,073 sf with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. 1 bedroom has 2 twin beds and other 2 bedrooms have queen beds, and a living area with a TV and dining table. Hardwood and tile floors throughout both. Set up to sleep 12 comfortably, in beds, but have roll out beds and couches, if you'd like.
