The location cannot be beat! Upon entering from the second floor of the building, you’ll be greeted with views of the canal from the front balcony. Step in and you will find an open-concept living and dining area, creating a welcoming and airy space. The downstairs is equipped with a spacious kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, storage space from numerous cabinets and closets, and a full bathroom. Wander up to the second floor to find both generous-sized bedrooms and a newly renovated full bathroom. There are two assigned spots in the building's parking lot, as well as a town of Fenwick parking pass should you decide to make the short drive to the beach. This townhome sleeps 6 comfortably, and each bedroom has its own private deck with 2 out of the 3 bedrooms looking onto the bay. Spend the day at the beach(10 min bike ride or 5 min drive) or at the pool. In addition to the pool, kids will enjoy crabbing and/or fishing from the dock. We are also located just steps from two of Fenwick's most popular restaurants, Catch 54 if you are looking for delicious seafood and Papa Grandes, where they make a really great margarita. Both restaurants have outdoor seating with spectacular views of the bay.
