We are steps away from the idyllic Chinquapin pier, the lake beach, tennis courts and heated pool. You enter into the top floor with dramatic high ceilings, exposed beams, large windows and immediately are drawn to the lake world and mountains outside. This top floor has the remodeled gourmet cook kitchen, including a Keurig coffee brewer, drip coffee maker, dining area, large living room with stone fireplace, a 65 inch Samsung Flatscreen TV primed for your streaming services and deck with views of the lake, the main pier and lakefront tennis court. Watch the children play on the pier while you sit on your private balcony. The second floor has the private King Master bedroom with incredible lake views and remodeled Master bath and large view deck. The second floor also has another full bath room and a King bedroom. The third floor has a queen size bed with amazing lake views, a twin daybed, a tv, a re-modeled bathroom and a large view deck with chairs. The entrance to the unit has a sunny deck which overlooks a private hill for the kids to explore in summer or winter.
