We’re a short walk to the yacht club, assembly park, the Inn Between and the Lounge for easy access to entertainment, food and gift shops. Minutes to Lake Geneva, the home is over 3,000 square feet with five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a finished basement, complete with a bunk room and foosball table for the kids. Flat screen TV's in every bedroom, the family room and the basement hangout area. Enjoy a new kitchen, new furniture and new appliances.Come enjoy one of the most iconic lakes in the midwest! NOTE: Lake access is offered through an easement in our neighborhood about 150 yards from the home and you can walk the lake from there. We do not have a pier or dock included with the rental. There are plenty of places to relax including the great room, a family room/TV room and a comfortable screened porch. The great room opens to a sleeping loft with 3 twin bunkbeds (sleeps 6 children). Primary bedroom has a king bed, two guest rooms with queen beds and one guest room with a double bed.This home is the perfect retreat in any season with boating, fishing, and swimming in the summer; ice skating and ice fishing in the winter. We have everything you need to make the most of lake living: private pier, sport court/basketball court, outdoor shower, paddle boards, kayaks, lawn games and an expansive yard, fire pit, and more. There are many nearby bars, restaurants, golf courses, ski hill in the winter, and just ten miles from Lake Geneva. No more than 8 adults and no parties allowed.
