In Winter: numerous chair lifts and gondola to wonderful challenging and beginner ski runs. In Summer: hike the Superior Hiking Trail, fish dozens of lakes and streams, golf Superior National Course, swim in beautiful outdoor and indoor pools, tennis courts, bike trails. Spectacular North Shore of Lake Superior hiking, cross-country skiing, fabulous mountain biking, fishing, and countless other activities listed. Quiet, non-barking dogs allowed. Pet fee is additional $30 per stay.Condominium is small, not fancy but nice with North Woods motif including soft, overstuffed, comfy, wildlife print sofa, rug and rustic pine-log lounge chair. Newly built house located in Lutsen, MN. Great for families and large groups! Lots of space to kick back and relax and enjoy what Lutsen has to offer! Near Lutsen Mountain Ski Resort (9 minute drive), Superior National Golf Course (8 minute drive), hiking and snowmobile trails and much more!A few things to note: we are located about 2 miles inland from Lake Superior. This house is a new build and we haven't had a chance to complete any landscaping yet (there's concrete patio behind the house).You will have the entire home during your stay which has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. 2 bedrooms are located on the main level and 3rd is located in the loft (please note the loft is not fully enclosed and overlooks the living room/kitchen so noise is able to travel easily from that area). King bed located in each bedroom on the main level. The loft also has 2 king beds as well as a pull out sofa bed for additional sleeping space. There are 3 twin sized foldable beds also on site. You will have your own fully stocked kitchen. Lots of natural light and great spaces to lounge and relax during your stay!This place has the ability to sleep up to 12 guests but the space may be most comfortable with 8-10 adults or less. An amazing private setting and cute cabin 2 bed , 2 baths with big lake views on 13 private acres, yet it’s 1 mile to Superior and close to several big resorts and Lutsen ski area is one mile .Added a new gas fireplace inside and also has a great fire pit outside. Hooked up the WiFi to go with the satellite TV. Great for small families as it is close to lots of fun things to do at the ski area and near golf course too.This cabin, (Superior views ) is very comfortable for smaller groups. It features one large bedroom, a 2ND bedroom Split from Master with a Queen bed and single bed. It has two bathrooms, one big full bathroom and a 2nd half bath , a full-size kitchen and living area plus an attached garage. There is also a screen porch and a deck, both with big views of Lake Superior. The main bedroom also with lake views .The cabin ideally accommodates a family of up to 5 people.* This property backs up to the Minnesota State Scientific and Natural area and hundreds of acres of private land. It is very close to the ski area, golf course and many great restaurants.The screen porch is a wonderful place to listen to the animal sounds (but not be in a tent). Hiking trails, mountain biking paths, berry picking areas, access to lakes and rivers are all nearby and much more - the owner will be happy to help you figure out what fun things you might want to do.
