The home is located on 12 acres of lawn and wooded property, which is enjoyed year round, with wildlife of various types seen daily, such as white-tail deer, squirrel, beaver and fowls that are native to the area. There is a brook that runs through the property, which flows into nearby Muggser Run, the confluence of which is also on the property. Wild trout inhabit the water and is ideal for patient fishermen.NearbyApproximately 1 1/2 miles away on White Church Road (At the end of the lane go straight, that will be White Church Road) is Ponduce Farm Market.Also about 4 miles away in the village of Numidia (Turn right at the end of the driveway, travel on Bear Gap Road until it meets with Route 42.
