Welcome to our beautiful lake house on the North side of Donnell Lake! Offering expansive views and plenty of room to spread out, take a breath and relax for your next family vacation or gathering with friends. Our home has a massive wrap around deck with plenty of seating for taking in the views or dining. There is a patio area down at the water with seating, lounge furniture and fire pit. It offers a pier and large swim pad with perfect swim conditions, shallow gradual depth and a sandy bottom. Some swim floats provided and there is plenty of room in the yard for games such as cornhole. The house has a kitchen that is fully equipped along with a grill for all of your cooking needs. Linens, bath and beach towels are also provided. A stackable washer and dryer is located on the main floor. There are two bedrooms(queen bed) and two full baths (1 up and 1 down) . The spacious loft has 1full bed and 2 twin over full bunks. There is also a game/play/reading area with patio door leading out to a second story deck. Our location is convenient to: Notre Dame (28 miles); Swiss Valley Ski Resort(5 miles); Dr Lawless Park(hiking and biking 2 miles); farm markets (less than 5 miles).
