The moment you walk in the door you see a 8' window facing Mount Sopris that brings the outdoors in. The main floor is spacious with 12' vaulted ceilings, a full kitchen, a dining table, a couch and a chair. The couch is a queen size sleeper that can accommodate 2 more people. There's an electric fireplace and a smart TV. The washer and dryer are located on this floor. A sliding glass door gives you access to the deck overlooking Sopris and the pinion forest. There's a grill, a dinning table and chairs and a sectional couch on the deck perfect for relaxing after a long day outdoors.Downstairs are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 2 ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom has a walk out sliding glass door to access outside. One bathroom has a walk in shower and the other a bath tub (perfect to bathe kids).There's a covered patio outside the bedrooms with another sitting area and a gas fire pit and chairs.The property backs up to BLM. There's abundant wildlife in the are.
