Welcome to Montana! This little homesteader style farmhouse is situated at the foothills of the Beartooth Mountain Range, between 2 working cattle ranches and provides all the peace, serenity and majestic beauty that the state of Montana has to offer. It is also less than 2 hours to Yellowstone National Park, although the Beartooth pass is closed during the winter months, the park is still accessible via a number of entrances.The property is located 12.5 miles west of the historic town of Red Lodge Montana and the Home of Champions Rodeo every 2nd, 3rd, and 4th of July.Included in this property is a main house that has 2 bedrooms, with a queen size bed in the primary bedroom and a double bed in the secondary bedroom. There is also a roll-away bed if needed. Also included is a bunk house with a queen size bed. Although there is heat, and the bunk house stays warm and cozy, we disconnect the water because the pipes are not protected from freezing. The main house also has a full kitchen, and bathroom with shower, tub, toilet and vanity. If you're traveling with horses there is a fenced in turnout area with access to water. Pets are welcome. If you'd prefer to arrive to a completely stocked kitchen we also provide a grocery shopping service, if interested, please inquire via message.
