Peaceful cabin with WIFI that has one bedroom and one bathroom that is located in a quiet area with the backyard looking on to the dry bed of Lake Brownwood. This cabin comes with a spacious kitchen with a stainless-steel refrigerator, updated electric stove, new microwave, new Keurig coffee maker, new toaster, and plenty of storage cabinets for groceries. A small grill is provided for outdoor charcoal cooking along with grilling utensils. Living area has comfortable couches in front of a large window with a big 75”TV. We provide a large picnic table outside that can seat around 20 people along with 4 extra lawn chairs. The inside dining table sits 6 people with a view overlooking the front yard. The bedroom has a full-size tall bed with bedding provided and we also provide two cots for 2 extra guests. Guest must provide bedding for extra guest. Additional guests beyond 14 people and more than 5 cars are required to be disclosed & approved before arrival. We are happy to accommodate, but do require notification and approval ahead of time. The house is conveniently located close to a public boat ramp and 11 miles from town. There is a small grocery store and Dollar General less 1 mile away. The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, kitchen, living room, and den with lake views. The house comfortably sleeps 10 and has the ability with two air mattresses to sleep 14!!!The Master Bedroom has a King sized bed. Guest Bedroom #2 has two Queen sized bedsThe Den has stackable bunk beds with twin sized beds. The Living Room has a pull out sectional that has a Queen sized bed.There are also two Queen sized air mattresses. WHATS INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY? This is a fully functioning short term rental.
