They are linked to our thermostat and we’ve had to get a repair man to service it in the past. Any tampering with the cameras or indoor electrical boxes will be charged a $500 fine.We have a separate 800 square-foot basement apartment that my husband and I may stay in for a portion or all of your stay. This apartment has a separate entrance from the house. If we are in town you will more than likely not even know we are home because we are quiet and keep to ourselves. If you’re staying more than a week we will coordinate a time to mow the lawn so we do not disrupt any gatherings. There is an option to rent this space for an additional $350 per night.
