"Unfortunately, there was blatant exploitation of our need for accommodation. We were denied access to the unit we booked under the pretext that we had two adult sons, and therefore had to switch to a two-bedroom apartment that wasn't beachfront. We were forced to pay an additional $450, bringing the total for a 9-night stay to $2100. This was an exorbitant amount, indicative of clear exploitation. To this day, the hotel management refuses to provide us with an invoice for the amounts paid, and we don't know why. We hope you will consider our review and investigate what happened, otherwise, we will regrettably be forced to escalate this matter to the General Authority for Tourism in the Kingdom for clarification, especially since you acted as the intermediary and agent for booking the accommodation. You are responsible for your customer's satisfaction."

"We stayed in the hotel suite room. The view was great. I couldn't take a spot of the beautiful black sea. We made our coffee in the evening and our breakfast on the terrace on the balcony. The toilet and bathroom smelled like a 5-star hotel. The room was huge. The meeting staff, especially the Palestinian child humanity tolerance has been so good help. I strongly recommend. The hotel is very close to the center for 4 minutes by car. Only there is no breakfast and breakfast in the hotel, but there are restaurants in front of it. There were places to sell suitable food in a functional street. 2 people had pizza, and we received breakfast from my own at the appropriate price. We were just back in the corner, so we stayed one night but we were very happy. I strongly recommend."

"Very nice and conveniently located to the centre of markets and shopping. I was very disappointed in the breakfast - unimaginative and very limiting. Instant coffee - no Turkish or decent coffee. In the restaurant a family was having a loud Skype session with their young child. No other patrons were considered and the waiter did nothing to quiten this intrusive communication.
Staff is very friendly and supportive. Rooms have a few bad knocks from travellers coming and going."

It takes just over 20 minutes to walk to Trabzon Otogar. Nice breakfast :)
The disadvantage is that the Wifi signal is not good and the room is not cleaned every day.

The Comfort House Hotel is an exceptionally well managed, family run Hotel with very large, clean and comfortable rooms. My room was surprisingly big with a king size double bed, two comfortable lounge chairs, a table and a separate desk with chair by the wall. The room included a good sized private bathroom. Trabzon is all hills. There is a large cluster of a variety of good restaurants and cafes about five minute or so easy walk across the hill from the Comfort House Hotel. Don't walk up the hill or down, walk across, easy.
Best of all is the wonderful family that manages the Hotel.

Overall, the hotel is good.
We faced an issue with the beds; although our booking was for three beds, the third bed was not provided at first, but the problem was eventually resolved.
The lighting in the rooms is very poor, which made it difficult to properly assess the cleanliness. As for the bathrooms, the surface cleanliness was acceptable, though we noticed a small spider web. However, deep cleaning needs improvement since there were signs of mold between the tiles.
The air conditioning was weak and took a long time before we could feel a noticeable drop in room temperature.

The room is quite clean. The housekeepers are helpful and courteous. However, the front office refused to cooperate with us when we brought to their attention that we booked a bigger room. We even evidenced it by showing them the details of the online booking. However, they kept gaslighting us and trying to make us believe that we were in a 22m2 room when it was clearly a 15m2 room. Don’t be in the hospitality sector if you don’t like to help your guests.

Overall, my stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The person at the carpark was incredibly helpful and took great care of my car, which was a positive start. However, the receptionist’s lack of a smile, though potentially cultural, left a bit of a cold impression. Check-in was efficient, and Room 206 was clean, but it was disappointing not to have a kettle or iron. On the bright side, the air conditioning worked well. The shower head can be improved, as it wasn’t to my liking. Additionally, the provision of just one large and one small towel was somewhat minimal.
On a positive note, the hotel’s location was convenient, with shops within walking distance. Check-out was straightforward, simply handing over the key to the receptionist. In conclusion, while there were some positive aspects, a few improvements in amenities and service attitude could enhance the overall experience at this hotel.

Ramada – как пишут, лучший отель на берегу моря в Трабзоне. Мы его выбрали для первой остановки в Караденизе. Отель большой, отличные завтраки на открытой террасе с видом на море. Просторные номера. Есть два бассейна: один закрытый, второй – открытый, но находиться в нем невозможно из-за многочисленных орущих и плескающихся детей. В спа зоне нормально работала только паровая сауна. У отеля нет собственного пляжа (впрочем, как и у других отелей на этом побережье), общественный пляж сразу за территорией отеля. Море грязное, маленькие медузы, мусор, желания пойти купаться не возникло. В целом отель неплох, но рядом есть альтернативы в два раза дешевле не уступающие Рамаде ничем кроме отсутствия бассейнов.
