"Awesome hotel. A cold towel was so cool when checking in~ The hotel is like a tropical rain forest. No shuttle bus is needed. It is very convenient to walk around with a corridor. The room is very large, the air conditioning is sufficient, and the hot water is also very large! ! The breakfast is great! I have eaten breakfast in many hotels, and this one can be ranked in the top three! The hotel has a swimming pool, a lawn and a beach. You can walk to Eden next to the beach. The Nana restaurant next to Eden is recommended. It is very cheap and delicious. The restaurant in the hotel itself is not expensive. You can try it~ In addition, there are many restaurants, massages and money exchanges at the left turn of the hotel entrance, and 711, which is very convenient! The waiters are all good, with a super good attitude, smiling and polite, and helped to upgrade the room. I was so lucky! If you must say the shortcomings, the room has a little musty smell, and the swimming pool feels a little dirty because it is not cleaned in time, especially the small swimming pool. "This is not a holiday for anyone who is not capable of walking. All of the rooms involve needing to go upstairs or walk for a while and there's not very even-footing available for those that can't walk very far. Even just to get into the lobby or into the restaurant you need to be able to walk upstairs a lot. When you first arrive they do give you a quick rundown of all of the facilities available and they supply a map. Then someone will escort you to your room via golf cart. The front desk staff are very informative and helpful. The staff in the restaurant are very quick but not particularly informative. The first time you walk in nobody explained how the buffet works. You should approach the staff and give them your punch card before you get food. The masseuse was excellent. This part of the resort actually has quite a few restaurants and shops and a pharmacy in the area which is different to a lot of the hotels in Khao lak, so that actually makes it much better than some other places where you would have to get a taxi into the town centre to see anything. The beach is beautiful and perfect for people that like to see little creatures as there are plenty of crabs around."

"Our stay was such a blast that we decided to come back in the end of our trip. Everything is just perfect, starting from the gorgeous staff to the modern, luxurious rooms and the delicious food. The manager of this amazing place really has a deep understanding of hospitality and comfort. This was the most memorable place we stayed in during our trip, absolutely worth to stay in!"

"Impressive experience : Location have all the facilities, perfect for family, couple, group travel. You can literally find everything here do not have to leave the hotel if you dont want too. I have notice there are 2 type of zone, pool access zone which perfect for fun type of vacation, if you want a bit more peace look for villa otherwise it could overwhelm you wit a lot going on in the pool area. Also lagoon view room ＜ not a villa＞ can give you a bit more semi private and peaceful experience. Breakfast is abundant ＜ not much choice for Vegan/Vegetarian ＞. Plenty parking available. Plenty socket in the room, huge bathroom, huge bathtub for lagoon view room, The most impressive is 5 stars service, all staff are well train, calm and relaxing personality, everyone is very nice and polite to client, they know how to make guest feel prioritize, very safe as well, I have lost my earphone never thoughts i could get it back ＜. think it was lost in the sand＞ but one of the staff found it and return to me i was so blessed. Also private beach is stunningly beautiful and quiet. They also have application where you can order and see all hotel detail in the app, super convenience, you can also request date/time for make up room service as well from the app, I used it for in room dinning work very well. I would recommended this place. Suggestion: Furniture are unique design but not practical, wall is too thin i was annoyed by my neighbor most of the time. Remark: The place look exactly right on the picture."

The resort sits right on a lovely stretch of Khaolak beach with great views, especially at sunset. 🌿The architecture and decor are stylish, blending modern luxury with natural/rustic touches—wood, greenery, garden views. 🛏️Rooms are generally spacious and comfortable, many with balconies. There are upgraded suites (pool‑view, garden view) for more luxury. 🏊♂️Facilities are good: multiple pools, spa, fitness centre and cafe 👦❤️🧒The staff are frequently praised: friendly, helpful, caring, and attentive. The most of staff were local people made the stay special. 🏖️Wonderful Place❤️"

"It's very good accomodation butnot far away from Taplamu pier. If you have your own transport is good.. If not it's a little difficult with taxi: grab, bolt and indrive is not working there. But you can ask the staffs to help to call taxi but before more than 20-30 minutes. The room condition are very good: good AC , comfortable mattress, hot water, drinking water, even fridge and TV."

"We stayed 5 nights here in July during the rainy season. Good: Big rooms, beautiful pool at the hotel wing, nice location, beach access. Service is friendly and accommodating. Fair: breakfast buffet spread is fairly wide, good for the price, they change one or two items everyday. Umbrellas provided because you need it to get between the buildings. Gym is small and equipment is old and some of it is broken, but there's enough space to do floor exercises. Poor: maintenance of some common areas and also the aircon. Inconsistent amenities in rooms We were booked into a deluxe pool view room (2nd floor) which had a moldy smell that we couldn't get rid of. After the 2nd day we asked for a different room and we were upgraded to a pool access room (1st floor), which didn't have a moldy smell. But the hot water didn't work in that room. Also, our original room had a smart Android TV with built-in Netflix and Youtube apps, but the upgraded room did not. Not a huge deal breaker for us as we travel with a HDMI cable but it just seemed strange. Also the pool access room was in the last block (rooms 512 to 524 I think), which abutt the back of the shophouses next to the resort so you can look down into their backyards and hear the people talking even with the door closed). The other buildings don't have this issue as they are not next to any other buildings (for now)."
