It has two assigned parking spaces ID’s as 36-37 right in front of the building.Security:-The Penthouse Condo complex is gated with security personnel when you initially enter the gated community, you will need to give the security guard the condo's address and our family name. You will then be allowed to enter from here on out.- Guests will be provided with remote control for the main gate entrance. Please do not lose it, you will be charged $200 at the end of your stay. Please let us know if the clicker doesn't seem to work, it may need a new battery. You can purchase a bag of ice for $2.Beach:- Guests will be provided with a key to the gate to access the beach.
