This 4 bedrooms house is located in a small, private, safe community called Villa Palmira. This area is known by many tourists due to the fact that it is a part of the Humacao natural reserve. Humacao is a small, touristic shore town located at the east side of the island (45 minutes driving away from the San Juan airport) with easy access to many water sport activities and only a 25 minute ride from the Fajardo area which is where the ferrys to the beautiful islands of Culebra and Vieques, these two small islands part of Puerto Rico have been rated to have 1 of the top 20 most beauitful beaches in the world, are situated. Villa Palmira also has its own beach which is walking distance away from this property. Stay in a magnificent beachfront villa just 20 steps from the breathtaking Caribbean Sea. The house is located in Villa Palmira, a private, gated community on the beach nestled between the Punta Santiago Natural Reserve to the south and miles of beach to the north. With over 4,000 sq. ft. of living area, this is the largest, most spacious home in the gated community of Villa Palmira. It is also one of the homes closest to the beach. Enjoy views of the beach and the ocean from the front porch, front living room, backyard, and the spacious second floor terrace. Few homes in the community offer beach and ocean views. The two-story Mediterranean home is completely furnished and fully air-conditioned, has four bedrooms and 3 ½ baths. The bedrooms sleep 10 people comfortably on three queen-size beds and two king-size bed. A portable crib, high chair, and two full-size air mattresses are also available. A lush and vibrantly landscaped backyard awaits you with a private pool, outdoor shower, dining for six under the gazebo, a patio table for four, and gas grill.
