This beachfront apartment is right on the beach and the closest one to the Wyndham Hotel. (100 feet). It is completely updated (2022) , New floors, ceilings, lightings, kitchen, bedrooms , bathrooms etc!! We are working on all using natural, enviromental but elegant & Top quality furniture. The Beach is in front of the apartment and 2 pools. 13 clay courts and 2 18-hole golf course. Rain forest 7 minutes away with waterfalls and trail. Restaurants, Casino Margaritaville Bar 3 minute walk and live music in the hotel lobby with great Restaurants, Coffee shops, souvenir stores. 5 Minutes away: Ziplining, night kayaking in fluorescent waters (Amazing)!! water rentals like Jetskis in the beach and so much more!! The 2nd Master has a Queen bed, and the tub was remove and added a shower. The 3rd bedroom also has it's own full bathroom and it fits 6 guest. It has 2 Full bottom and Twin top bunk beds. This beautiful and tropical 2nd floor villa is located in the newest development of the resort. No stairs!! The condo has elevators from the parking lot directly to your door. Only 2 apartments per floor in each tower. Gather around in the great room where you can either watch TV, sit and read, have dinner or just meet in the big open kitchen with second family area. Open the doors to the great terrace and enjoy the view also from the kitchen and master bedroom.
