A great stop over spot with travelers from Auckland to New Plymouth and Wellington
With an on site bar and restaurant offering a wide range to suit most tastes and budgets.
WiFi is available in public areas and most rooms however it can be a bit slow at times due to our area.
"The front desk lady was very nice. We had two rooms to choose from. There is a farm around, with goats, sheep, cows, ostriches, and a pig. One star is given to the pig, who was super friendly and purred as soon as we met. It is a good choice for those who want to see the caves but don't want to drive too far. The only drawback is that there are all kinds of insects in the room. You can only pretend to be blind as there are too many to kill."
