Altos de Colorado is a brand new luxuriously appointed estate located on the sand in the guard-gated golf course community of Hacienda Iguana, just west of Tola, Nicaragua. Altos de Colorado boasts 8000 square feet of living space on over a third acre of beachfront property. This luxury estate has 5 bedrooms (2 Master) and 5 1/2 baths and has one of the largest private pools on the beach in all of Hacienda Iguana. The house is directly in front of the world class surf break Playa Colorados, and a 5 minute sand walk south of Ponga Drops, another world-class surf break. The house comfortably sleeps 12 people in 5 bedrooms (one of which is a very private 'honeymoon' casita), each with their own beautiful custom cabinetry and granite counters with beautiful stone sinks. As stated before, two of the bedrooms are master suites... each with it's own full size bathtub, one of which is a jacuzzi tub!
