Fabulous resort with excellent water quality and beach. Plenty of personal space. Boat transfer extremely disorganised - changed multiple times via email and it was still wrong plus delayed. Definitely stay for more than 1 night, as you only arrive at the island around 4pm, and need to check out around noon with boat departing by 1pm Some of the paid activities weren’t available, which was a shame. Prices for paid activities very reasonable.

Free round-trip scheduled boat transfer: Very convenient, you can pick up at the airport or Jesselton Pier. 1.5 hours drive + nearly 1 hour boat ride. There is no lunch at noon on the return trip, it is recommended to prepare some food and drinks. Free lunch\free dinner: Both are OK, although there are few varieties, but the hotel tries to change the dishes for every meal. It can't be compared with a five-star hotel, but it's okay to eat. It is still recommended to prepare some food and drinks to go to the island. Service: The hotel's service is very hard. There is an hour of snorkeling in the morning, and go to different places according to the weather. You can also experience the depth at your own expense. There is a sunset walk in the evening, and you can see the beautiful sunset. Both the waiter and the coach are very enthusiastic.
