Luxury finished apartment, with 3 full size bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Large living room with view and a guest loo/WC. Kitchenette, small but well-equipped with oven, utensils and very large American fridge complete with filtered water and ice machine.The whole apartment is fully air conditioned (please do not waste energy by leaving it on all day).This is not the typical Ikea furnished rental apartment where the owner is focused on making as much money as possible. This is my family holiday home.The view is stunning, right on the marina and the sea. The 2 terraces are unique and you will enjoy your aperitif and the sunset like nowhere else. The details are important like bathrobes for all guests, a safe, walk in closet, a bathtub in the master bathroom and so forth.The apartment is on 3 levels; living room, kitchen and one small bathroom on the entry level. On the first floor, 3 bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms of which the Master suite opens onto the charming first terrace. The last top floor is entirely devoted to a second terrace with magnificent views all around.I will not personally be available but my local guy will be there with all the information on Costa Smeralda. He speaks English and can organise a driver or a boat.Let me iterate that this is not a standard bough-to-rent property so I expect guests to behave respectfully.I just purchased a new TV and had fiber optic internet installed because I use the house myself and I like only the best (for example the mattress in the master bedroom is the top quality available in Sardinia).You are right on the port and near bars, restaurants and shops.From the apartment you can walk anywhere in Porto Rotondo.There is public transportation but most people rent a bike or a scooter. Villa Vista is a semi-detached villa with large living room open to the terrace and facing the gulf of Porto Rotondo, with a breathtaking view of the coastline and the islands in front of Costa Smeralda beaches.Is located in the little hill Monte Ladu, that is 80 mt above the sea level, in a gated residence with only 14 villas in more than 10 hectares of land.Villa Vista is a charming and spacious 130 sqm villa with a huge terraces of more than 100 sqm, the living room with large windows facing the gulf of Porto Rotondo, offering a breathtaking view on the coastline and the islands in front of Costa Smeralda beaches.The villa is built in different levels , accurately furnished and consists in a large living room with dining area, fireplace, an open kitchen completely equipped.Technical equipment include 2 Led TV, Satellite, DVD, Home Cinema, Printer Scanner, Wi-Fi ( only router), hair dryer, iron, ecc.At the main level a room with windows facing the bush with a double bed and wardrobe. At the upper level bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom open to a panoramic private terrace, and a third bedroom with 2 bunk beds and bathroom. In the lower level with separate access, open to the garden the laundry room and a space for an eventual extra guest with en suite bathroom. In total can host 6 ( max 7 ) people in 4 bedrooms.. In the large main terrace open to the small private pool, a stone large dinner table . In the middle of the trees a small terrace facing the harbour and the sea, invite for lunch or a romantic dinner. A solarium on the top with a 360° view on the bay.In the small aerial private pool ( not for swim) is possible to take a refreshing bath with a panoramic view.The residence is in a natural environment and in a secluded and very characteristic ambience of rocks, eucalyptus and olive threes, and the house is in a lush of Mediterranean plants like oleander, bougainvillea, rosemary, jasmine and very old junipers. Unexpected rock formations, similar to prehistoric caves, surround the residence and invite climbing up, from where you have a panoramic view over the bay and the small Island of Mortorio and Soffi facing the coastline and the scenic hills of Montagne della Luna . In the garden backyard you have the barbecue that is the best way to cook the fresh Mediterranean fish that you can buy directly from the fishing boats in the near village of Golfo Aranci.At walking distance to shops, restaurants,bars and beaches in Porto Rotondo, or you can reach the village by car in 3 minutes.But if you want to avoid the most crowdy hours at the beaches, you can swim at the common pool, walk in the park, relax to the small private aerial pool and take sunbath in the solarium on the roof of the house, far from any noise and prying eyes.For the beach you can use all you need like parasols, sunbeds, sun chairs, air mattress..When you reserve the property it will be send to you a complete list of the beautiful beaches surrounding the area, the best restaurants suggested, and the indication to joint by car the points of interest that you dont have to miss during your stay in Sardinia.A security deposit of GBP 600 , refundable after the check out and the inventory control, is requested before the arrival date at the property.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Check in /out in July and August only on Saturday or Sunday for weekly stay ..Security deposit of 700 € to be paid by bank transfer or before the arrival,Electricity IS NOT INCLUDED in the rates.It will be calculated from the meter from provider cost and deducted at the end of the stay from the deposit..About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 23.About events:No events allowed.
