"The hostel offers nice, well-air-conditioned and spacious cabins, along with a generous breakfast. While the male staff were friendly and welcoming, the female staff seemed rather unfriendly. The only downside was the smelly toilet. Would coming back to stay again. My cabin is the above unit, quite inconvenient but more private in a way."

"Location is excellent. Service is friendly.
The mattress quality in the room is poor, like it has been used for a long time as it was too soft. I had to flip the mattress over which improves only a little bit. Had backache when I woke up.
Every amenities have to be requested including the kettle.
Air conditioning has to be adjusted centrally from the front desk.
Breakfast is ok. Pay at check in for €18. If pay up front it would be €25."

The location is absolutely perfect — just a 3–5 minute walk from Milano Centrale. The hotel is easy to find and very well-connected, with a tram stop right in front. There’s also a supermarket just two blocks away (Aldi!), which was super convenient.
The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Staff were nice, friendly, and super helpful throughout my stay.
I really loved staying here and would definitely come back again! Highly recommended."

"Was not entirely sure from some reviews what to expect of the hotel but could find no fault. A very good 4 star hotel. Was pleased on arrival to be upgraded from a classic to a superior room, decorated in a traditional style, despite being less than 20 years old, which I thought made it feel more upmarket, but some may prefer a more modern look. Breakfast was good, with the usual options of fruit, pastries, cold meats, cereal plus sausage bacon and eggs if you wish a cooked breakfast. We had limited interaction with the staff, but they all exchanged pleasantries in the passing, which is all I could ask. Situated near the metro, it is quick and easy to get around, and there is also a plethora of eating choices nearby."

When turning on the shower, the overhead showerhead leaks. There is a gap at the bottom of the bathroom glass door, causing water to spill out and create puddles even when the door is closed.
The room design poses safety concerns. Despite requesting to avoid a basement room before check-in, the request was denied due to full occupancy. The assigned room was on the ground floor with windows facing the street, lacking any security measures, making it difficult to sleep soundly. The room’s soundproofing was poor; workers were heard using metal carts to move goods as early as 4 a.m., with noise continuing until 7 a.m. Additionally, the room was on the same floor as the restaurant, which was extremely noisy during breakfast time, severely affecting rest."

"I still want to recommend this accommodation overall, the facilities and rooms are quite nice.
However, I think the male manager in the breakfast area really needs some reflection and proper training.
There are two breakfast options here: €8 and €4. I chose the €4 one, but nothing happened for a while. His female colleague, whose English wasn’t very fluent, only took the payment and gave me a coffee. Later, they handed me an empty paper bag for breakfast.
When I started to use the bag, the male manager repeatedly told me that the breakfast only included “one coffee and one croissant” he said it at least three times. I also replied that I had received an empty bag and no croissant at all. Instead of explaining politely or resolving the issue, he just kept repeating himself and walked away without doing anything.
Overall, the place itself is good, but the staff training is seriously lacking. Even if they’re not sure about something, basic politeness and communication should be expected, and unfortunately, this male manager clearly hasn’t received such training."

"The hotel is in a great location. I came to Milan just to watch the Last Supper. It is only 1.4km away from the hotel and 500m away from Milan Cathedral. The hotel also has my favorite coffee machine. I can make a homemade latte when I wake up in the morning. Don’t be so happy~ I will choose this place again when I come to Milan next time!"

Thanks to him for avoiding the traffic congestion due to a concert at Duomo and arrange for us a direct transportation to airport at a reasonable price. Andrea is definitely a good reason for us to come back to Milano more often and stay in this hotel.

GGuest UserHotel was really clean and nice. However, I got stuck a night at a tram/bus stop 15 minutes from the hotel on my way back from the city centre because the bus 99 was out of service. I was unfamiliar with the area and didn't speak italian. I called the hotel to ask if they could help call a taxi to pick me and bring me to the hotel. (I was going to pay the taxi obviously ) but they said they couldn't as they weren't allowed to do this. I ended up finally getting back to the hotel at almost 1am, after been assisted by some locals.

GGuest UserThe only reason I didn’t rate this hotel excellent is because of their front of the house staff. On a positive note, we loved this hotel, great location, modern, clean room with good amenities. What fails the hotel is their female receptionists. We came into contact with two of them, both were miserable looking, unfriendly, gave wrong information and set all the wrong time for this great hotel. Well done to trip.com too for offering such a good rate on this booking.

HHilal KocaliRoad to the hotel was a little weird, but the hotel itself is huge and has a nice parking lot where you can left your car. Rooms looked nice and clean, where you have everything you wanted from a hotel room. Given that it’s far from city center, we hoped that it will have a nice restaurant, the restaurant was nice but it didn’t have many options, and lots of things in their menu (including pizza) was unavailable. Phone in our room was not working so had to ask for room service to our room from reception, and had to go down again for them to pick up the tray, lost the meaning of the room service (which I paid ten euros for). Overall it was clean and as expected.

VVivi C.Very clean and well kept, considerably new. It seems like quite a popular spot as we weren’t able to check in early when we arrived around 1 pm. I really like the washroom and it was very clean just like at home. The location is not bad, quite near the metro as well. However, I don’t think there are a lot of amenities. Would definitely rebook if I was to come back to Milan in the near future as the price was reasonable and I had a very good rest.
