The Country House is a villa with a large garden with swimming pool and barbecue. Excellent for couples, families with children or groups of friends.The house is medium-sized, the internal spaces have been designed to offer maximum comfort. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms.The kitchen of the house is well equipped with dishes and everything needed for cooking.The internal and external spaces are connected creating a single environment.There are no stairs to access the garden.It is possible to use the barbecue. Just outside the house, sheltered by lush medlar trees, there are tables for eating outside and enjoying the landscape. The medlar tree blooms in November and December, giving off a wonderful scent and in June it offers us its fruits.The garden starts from the parking area and going up, crossing the lawn, you arrive at a level ideal for playing soccer, volleyball or badminton, or for relaxing in the sun.Finally, the above-ground pool offers fun for adults and children.From the pool you can admire a beautiful view of the Roman countryside with a relief of the medieval castle of Castel Madama.The house is warm in winter and cool in summer.
