"Our stay at Gaia Bandung was truly exceptional, and the team deserves every bit of praise. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Whoever selected and trained the staff clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Everyone we encountered was warm, kind, genuinely welcoming and incredibly helpful. There was something particularly special about the smiles from the staff — they never felt routine or forced, but genuinely warm and sincere. We honestly felt like celebrities throughout our stay! 😊 The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish and very chic, while still managing to feel warm and welcoming. The food was excellent, with a wonderful variety of choices, so there was something for everyone. We also had a fantastic massage, which was another highlight of our stay. And then there was MonoMono. The restaurant was absolutely amazing, both in terms of the food and the experience. We received wonderful service from Ramdan, Roma, Hali and the entire team. They were knowledgeable, attentive and genuinely caring, while also knowing exactly when to be present and when to give us space. It made the whole dining experience feel very special. But what impressed us most was what happened when our stay unexpectedly took a difficult turn. When my husband ended up in hospital, the care and concern from the Gaia team went far beyond anything we could have expected from a hotel. The concierge team and the entire crew were incredibly helpful, and the duty manager and staff were checking on his condition every couple of hours. They genuinely cared about how he was doing and whether there was anything they could do to help. That kind of care cannot be taught from a service manual. It comes from people who genuinely care about their guests. Gaia gave us a beautiful stay, wonderful food, excellent service and an absolutely lovely environment — but most importantly, it gave us a team of people who made us feel looked after when we really needed it. A huge thank you to everyone at Gaia and MonoMono. Ramdan, Roma, Hali, the concierge team, the duty manager and every member of the staff who took care of us: you made a lasting impression on our family, and you deserve all the praise. ❤️ We would happily return to Gaia, and we will remember the people here long after we leave."

"Unfortunately, this stay was quite disappointing. The room at the end of the hallway felt a bit creepy, and the lights suddenly turned off by themselves, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. I also think the hotel should improve its amenities. The shower gel provided was very poor quality and did not match the standard or rating of the hotel. Overall, the experience did not feel worth the hotel’s rating, and there is definitely room for improvement."

"This hotel is located in the heart of Bandung, right next to TSM Bandung, which is very convenient. Overall, from reception to all the staff, everyone was friendly and always smiling. I chose this hotel because of my child's birthday celebration, and it's truly a child-friendly hotel. The breakfast is undoubtedly excellent, with a wide variety of complete options. Thank you to The Trans Luxury Hotel TSM Bandung for the surprise and well wishes, and many other things I can't even mention. All the staff are simply top-notch! "It was our first visit to Bandung, and choosing to stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage was one of the best decisions we made. We were delighted to receive two connecting rooms on the 10th floor, offering stunning views of the golf course and the Bandung city skyline. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had an extensive selection, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. A special thank you to the Guest Relations team, especially the two ladies (I believe their names were Isiah and Cia), who kindly arranged a takeaway bento breakfast for us at 3:00 a.m. before our Ciwidey trip. Their thoughtful gesture and excellent service made our stay even more memorable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bandung. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!"

"I wish there’s more hotel like Janevalla. Besides the 24-hrs stay that’s amazing, they have 2 levels variety of breakfast from sweets, jamu, savory, even traditional snacks, they have it all! I believe it when they say it’s worth it! The location is definitely strategic and a nice rooftop pool! It’s only 5-15 mins away from those hype spots. Not to mention there’s a gooood nasi goreng (at night) and circle K parked in front/across the hotel. Would come back again!"

"I had a really pleasant stay in the executive room at Verona Palace. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were helpful throughout my stay. The location is convenient, although it’s a bit tucked inside a small alley. Some amenities were quite basic, slippers were only available upon request, there was shampoo but no conditioner, and no tissue in the toilet but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. What I loved most was how spacious the room was, along with the view overlooking the futsal field and the Bandung sky. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again whenever I’m in Bandung :)"

"The facilities are good, and the food is decent, though not amazing. There were a couple of minor issues that were quite annoying. The first time we went for breakfast, we were asked how many people we were, and told that if there were two of us, we could only sit indoors and not outside. After calling a supervisor or coordinator, we were finally allowed to sit outside. Then there was the issue with the bathroom mat... after the room was cleaned, it wasn't put back. When we requested it, it took about 2 hours for it to be delivered. Every time we called, the receptionist answered like a bot, saying it had been reported to housekeeping for delivery... yes, it was delivered, but 2 hours later."

"I stayed at Grand Tjokro Bandung with my family and had a pleasant experience. Its location is very strategic in the Setiabudi area, close to various tourist attractions and culinary spots in Bandung. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for a family. The hotel facilities are also complete, especially the swimming pool and children's play area, which kept the kids happy during our stay. Breakfast offered a diverse menu, and the taste was quite good. The staff service was friendly, responsive, and helpful from check-in to check-out. The hotel atmosphere is comfortable for both family vacations and business trips. Overall, Grand Tjokro Bandung is a comfortable hotel choice with a strategic location and family-friendly facilities. I would consider staying here again on my next visit to Bandung."

"I've stayed here before, but this time I had a rather unpleasant experience. My child, after taking a shower, wasn't wearing slippers and suddenly screamed that their foot hurt and was bleeding. It turned out there was a piece of broken glass in the room (near the carpet). Although it was small, it's still dangerous. Luckily, the glass didn't penetrate their skin. Perhaps a glass or bottle broke previously, and the cleaning wasn't thorough enough. I reported it to the receptionist, and all they said was sorry. Aside from that, there were no other issues; they also provided the complimentary anniversary amenities I requested."
