"Unfortunately, this stay was quite disappointing. The room at the end of the hallway felt a bit creepy, and the lights suddenly turned off by themselves, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. I also think the hotel should improve its amenities. The shower gel provided was very poor quality and did not match the standard or rating of the hotel. Overall, the experience did not feel worth the hotel’s rating, and there is definitely room for improvement."

"We had a wonderful experience at The Gaia Hotel Bandung. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and parking was free and easy to find throughout our stay. There are plenty of activities available for both adults and kids—our family really enjoyed the kids' playroom, the jogging track, feeding the koi fish, and exploring the greenhouse. Breakfast had a good spread and tasted okay. On weekends, it can get quite crowded and you might need to wait a bit for an empty table, but the staff handled the crowd well and were very helpful."

"The location of Novotel was accessible by car only. The hotel appeared more of a 3.5 star than 4; however the water dispenser at my floor level is commendable as it was very convenient with hot/cold water. The breakfast spread had quite limited choices except on the third day. Overall, I would say the service right from front desk, breakfast (especially Salsa, Annisa and Rena), including housekeeping (Reza who did his job from the heart) were amazingly awesome. Keep up the good job."

"Our honeymoon stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage from March 31 to April 2, 2026, was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt the warm hospitality that Bandung is famous for. 1. The Room (Room 306 - A Must-Request!) Following some recommendations I saw on social media, I specifically requested Room 306 on the 3rd floor, and the hotel was kind enough to fulfill it. The highlight of this room is undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Dago Heritage Golf Course. Waking up to the misty green valley right from our bed was magical. But the real ”showstopper” is the bathtub. Soaking in the tub while overlooking the lush greenery was the ultimate relaxation experience. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were complete. 2. Exceptional Service & Honeymoon Arrangement I had been in coordination with the reservation team (shout out to Ms. Ririk!) weeks before our arrival. They were very responsive and helpful. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a lovely honeymoon setup that made my partner, Ayu, very happy. The staff throughout the hotel—from the front desk to the restaurant—were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. 3. Facilities & Dining The infinity pool is a dream! Even though Dago can be chilly, the water temperature was comfortable enough for a morning swim. As for the breakfast, the variety was impressive—ranging from traditional Indonesian dishes to international selections. Everything tasted fresh and high-quality. 4. Location Located in the upscale Dago Pakar area, the hotel offers a serene atmosphere away from the city's traffic, yet it’s still very close to famous cafes and nature spots like Tahura and Tebing Keraton. Verdict: If you are looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful staycation in Bandung, look no further. This hotel offers the best value for money with views you won't find anywhere else. We will definitely be coming back!"

"The room was clean, and the staff provided excellent service. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, I was very satisfied with it. The bed linen was incredibly comfortable. I also really enjoyed the coffee from the in-room machine! The only minor issues were the street noise and the sound of drainage from the floor above. Other than that, everything was great!"

"I booked a superior room and the hotel staff offered me a free upgrade to a deluxe room for more comfort. Of course, I was very happy with the offer. When I entered the room, there was no welcome cake that I ordered (even though all 4-star hotels always provide it for free). And... the bed was not suitable. I ordered a queen, but what I got was a twin bed combined into one. The staff was not honest with me whether the queen bed was full or not. For breakfast, it was less variety for a 4-star hotel. only 1 kind of juice, there's no sausage/potatoes"

"As soon as I stepped out of the car, someone was already waiting to help with my luggage. The check-in staff were all great and always smiling! The room was clean, the bed was soft, and the toilet was spotless. Breakfast was delicious too. Later, I bought some tiramisu, and the staff kindly stored it in their chiller for me. ************* It was a wonderful experience staying at El Hotel! Worth every penny!"

"The hotel was so luxurious and elegant. Nice and clean. Convenient as the Shopping mall was next to the hotel. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you Ms Maya and Mr Alfirdus for the special decorations for our anniversary. Even though I overlooked my check out date ,they managed to wait for my call and did not touch anything in the room yet. To confirm that I'm extended the stay or check out. Well done 👍 guys. I'm super happy staying at this hotel. My wife was surprised by the rose while we were taking our breakfast. She loved it so much 🙏. We definitely will come back again for our next trips."

"This hotel is beautiful and clean. Love this hotel and it is near to hotspot area. Grab also reachable from here. Foods were nice and I also asked the desk if the breakfast is halal and they say of course it is halal. There are convenient store down there where you can buy stuffs. Recommended and will sure book this hotel again if come to Jakarta!"
