"A trendy hotel, with clean rm, a clean & cold refrigerator & good TV. Breakfast buffet was nice, with some variation of dishes over 2 days & fd was quickly topped up. Would have been great if Vegetarian dishes can be labelled/ marked with a 'V'. Friendly & helpful staff at front desk & in-house restaurant. A pity that the pool belonged to Pullman Hotel as Ibis lacks their own pool, would have been great in hot weather! Close proximity to Gedung Sate & Postal Museum."

"Ibis is one of our preferred accomodations when we travel. We love how convenient the hotel is, the cleanliness, great atmosphere as well as a good breakfast spread suitable for both kids and parents. What we love about staying at this particular hotel: 1. Strategically located next to Trans Studio Mall, it’s not only near a mall, it’s also next to Trans Studio Bandung theme park and mosque. 2. The rooms are clean and comfy. 3. The breakfast spread has plenty of options with a pleasant array of both Indonesian and western options. 4. Plus point: they have a special kids room for breakfast during the weekends which has two video game consoles, a slide and kids can make their own bento. Downside: 1. The bathroom is a bit small but I can live with that."

"Had an amazing stay at Gaia Hotel for our 1st year wedding anniversary. The staff surprised us with a cute chocolate cake and card, such a thoughtful gesture (though they did accidentally misgender me as “Mr” instead of “Mrs” 😅). The hotel is located a little further uphill, so if your activities are around the Lembang area, it’s perfect. If you’re heading into the city, do plan ahead as it takes about 30 minutes each way. We specifically chose Gaia Hotel for its amenities, and it did not disappoint. The gym was well-equipped, and we were pleasantly surprised to find free Reformer Pilates classes, bouldering, and plenty of outdoor activities. The property is spotless, and the staff were consistently warm and attentive. Our only regret was not booking a garden view — though the city view we had was still lovely. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we’d happily return on our next visit to Bandung."

"The hotel's location is excellent,making easy to explore the city. Also walking distance to Braga street, can enjoy nightlife at Braga street just walk through the street, very likely. Room was clean and comfortable,but room is small. All staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple."

"Greeted by friendly staffs and my check-in was processed by employee of the year 2023 Agung. Indeed, he is very fast, clear and knowledgeable when explaining the terms and info. For the room, it was spacious. All is good but I thought the bedsheet and towels provided could be better (stains were found). Also, maybe if can provide rubbish bag for the bins so we won’t dirty the bin when we are disposing things. As for the breakfast, it was great; good spread of food and quality of the food was decent. I always looked forward for the breakfast during my stay here."

"Favehotel Braga is in a perfect location for those who want to explore Braga Citywalk by foot. It's close to many popular spots like Sweet Cantina, Tiramisusu, Toko Tahilalats, Mixue, and Bolu Bakar Tunggal, making it a great base for exploring the area. The hotel is about a 15-minute ride from Bandung Station by Grab, depending on traffic. I stayed in a family room, which was average. The cleanliness could use some improvement, especially as water got stuck in the shower, but the room had complimentary mineral water and snacks, which was a nice touch. The room is windowless, and basic amenities like toiletries, towels, slippers, and hangers were provided. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We arrived at noon and couldn't check in immediately due to room availability, but we were able to check in around 4 pm after a lunch break. The staff kindly brought all our bags to the room. There’s a welcome drink and a variety of snacks available in the lobby, which added a nice touch to our arrival. Overall, Favehotel Braga is a solid choice if you're looking to be close to the action in the city. Just keep in mind that the early check-in is subject to room availability, and cleanliness could be improved."

"All good except the parking area. It's a bit hard to find bcs it is also the mall parking area. So when it's packed, you can get a bit far parking slot."

"**My Unforgettable Stay at Crowne Plaza Bandung** My experience staying at Crowne Plaza Bandung was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived and throughout the check-in process, their service was exceptional. From the security guards, door attendants, receptionists, to the staff serving the welcome drinks — everyone greeted us with such genuine smiles. It made us feel like part of a big family and made it so comfortable to talk with the hotel staff. At check-in, the staff on duty even registered me as a member of the IHG Group right away — something that would’ve been a hassle had I done it myself. That thoughtful gesture alone already spoke volumes about their commitment to excellent service. Beyond their outstanding hospitality, everything from the cleanliness to the tidiness was just perfect. The availability of thoughtful amenities like a steam iron with a board and a hair dryer added even more value. We were also given a room with a stunning mountain view — truly the best view! Facilities like the swimming pool and jacuzzi with their beautiful views, as well as the well-equipped gym, were all major factors in our decision to choose this hotel. Another highlight of our stay was the breakfast — so many varieties to choose from! From local dishes to international options, everything was delicious. The salads were fresh, and the fruit selection was top quality. The fruit was beautifully displayed in a glass case and served by the restaurant staff, rather than taken freely — which helped minimize waste. If the fruit you wanted wasn’t visible, you could simply ask, and they would take it out from the chiller and freshly cut it just for you. They even asked if I wanted yogurt to go with the fruit. Wow! Such thoughtful service. And yes — they had ice cream that was absolutely tempting. They also offered delicious Middle Eastern dishes. The sweet desserts weren’t overly sugary and were just delightful. If I were to describe everything here, it would take forever — haha! One more thing — while I was at the swimming pool area, I slipped and twisted my ankle. I requested ice for a compress, and the room service team sent over an ice bucket from the F&B staff, along with two small towels. That kind of attentiveness really stood out. Without a doubt, we’ll gladly return to stay here in the future. Thank you once again to all the hotel staff for making our stay so memorable. ---"
