The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Litochoro and offers a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere in which you feel well immediately. The room was excellently furnished, everything you needed was available and the bed was especially comfortable – ideal to rest right after a trip to the nature. Also the online check-in has been completely uncomplicated and smoothly functioning.
The breakfast was very good and offered many choices so there was something for every taste.

"Polite, grateful and helpful staff.
The central pool was cloudy. The tile is not visible. Nothing is visible. 1st time I see a cloudy pool. Of course we didn't take a bath. On arrival, which was at 2 in the afternoon, there were no sunbeds, neither on the beach nor in the pool area. Everyone leaves their towels in the morning and ties them up all day. Indeed, the problem is in sufficiency. In the room, the couch was dirty...there were obvious stains. On the wall, you say it's probably mosquito blood.
The breakfast was very good, since there were varieties and some of the things we tried were delicious
I will say again about the personal, that it was very good, friendly and pleasant!

Me and my brother went to the hotel and we had a great service and a great room. The room was on two floors and we had each one queen bed. The toilet/washroom offered a spacious shower and we also had a patio with see view. Very nice hotel and well located.

We had family room 107 on the first floor. Family is purely conditional. Two beds are one and two beds and we have a chair. Hotel is very good, clean, beautiful, stunning smell in the hall, very interesting breakfast (but I had little protein, very much sweet, too much, little to eat). Desserts are amazing. From the wishes to the hotel it would be great to add full pancakes or pancakes - they are very fond of children who are more in the hotel than all the other guests. Very significant for me minus the hotel, to the point that I won't return is mattresses on the bed. They are squeezed and uncomfortable on them to sleep, or they are cheap and springy. For such a level of the hotel it is amazing. And very unpleasant. Sleep badly so.
To the rest of the claims numbers there is no, except the number on the fourth floor, also family - there is no protection from the sun on the balcony, it is very necessary.
The hotel restaurant is wonderful. It is delicious. Big servings. And the most important plus is the playground. One wish to her is to change the swing to safe, with them children fell several times and hurt their head and the second fence please some children escaped.
The beach is wonderful, handing out towels for the beach is great. Ask for a drink in a bar to lie on a lie, we didn't always do it because mainly didn't lie but bathed in the sea. Sometimes we bought ice cream for children. The beach from the hotel through the road, on it cars, but not active, rarely.
Hotel thanks, very pleasant non-obsessive staff, good cleaning (just fairies), clean clothes and towels perfectly white, comfortable, not close, shower and the sausage itself. But beds need to be replaced. This is very bad impression.

I have never met such kind staff, everyone with a smile will serve you with whatever you ask for!! They surprised us for our wedding anniversary with a cake and a candle, they touched us very much!! I thank them all from the bottom of my heart!!
Thank you very much to Ms. Elvira (maybe I got her name wrong) in reservations who helped me a lot to book the room, she assured me that everything is as trip.com says and finally I made the decision to book it!! Ms. Maria at the reception is very kind and always smiling!!! Ms. Evangelia, the public relations manager, is very sweet and kind to inform us about everything that interests us!! Ms. Georgia, the maitre d' of the dining room, whatever you asked for, you had it right away!! Ms. Fani is so sweet with her perfect eggs and pancakes, she made my eggs exactly as I asked for them!!
Many congratulations to all the staff, they have enslaved us!!
As for the hotel, it may indeed need some minor repairs but I don't stay there because everything else was perfect!! The rooms are clean and tidy, the outdoor areas are all tidy, the pools are large and clean, a nice beach with hotel sunbeds at no charge!!
