"This hotel was a fall back for me I’m glad I chose to go here after a disappointing hotel I arrived to originally and I should have booked here first.
Hotel is located centrally and close to local bars and shopping areas.
The members of staff I met were all lovely and very helpful!
The room was spotless.
The only issues I had was there was no shampoo just shower gel and the heating in the room didn’t get to full temp but at this time of year the heating was not a huge deal!
I stayed in room 201 so it was situated close to the lift but was far enough away to not be disturbed by the sound of it.
Will be staying here again"

This 4-star city oasis is located just a 7-minute walk from Newport Train Station, a 12-minute train journey to Cardiff Central, and less than a 5-minute walk from Newport Central Bus Station. At the heart of our hotel, you'll find our contemporary restaurant NP20 Bar & Kitchen, which is also home to a fabulous outdoor terrace.
"You'll have to park at Friar's mall car park, which is a short five to ten minute walk to the hotel. The parking has good rates, especially the overnight 6am to 6pm deal @£1.50. For me, this worked out at around £3.50 on average depending on what time you enter and leave the car park. You'll be looking to pay about £4 plus the hours added to the overnight charge. Good treadmill in the small gym, dumbbells, cycle machine, and one other machine. Great breakfast!"
