"We came to stay at the Merton as a surprise for my girlfriend’s birthday and from the moment we arrived we received great service and could tell we were going to experience a great stay. The facilities across the hotel were fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet had great quality and choice on offer, the shows in the theatre were well produced and the gym and leisure facilities were simply great. We have already booked our return trip in a few weeks and cannot recommend this family hotel enough, it’s amazing for couples or families. The hotel is very well managed and the service of the whole of the staff really enhanced our stay. Thanks!"

"Excellent hotel, front staff very friendly & helpful. Room was clean & everything you would need, ( a fridge would have been handy)
10-15 minutes walk to town & sea front. Breakfast fine & plenty of choice, good evening menu.
Spa was excellent with infinity pool, jacuzzi, cold plunge pool, sauna & steam room at no extra charge.
Would definitely recommend."
