Set within the 12 acre grounds of a secluded 19th Century mansion house, complete with stunning south facing views over the Teifi Valley including river frontage. Wake up to bird song and relax in perfect tranquility. 1/2 a mile to Llandysul village providing all local amenities, a short drive (20-25 mins) to the coast with many beaches to choose from including Poppit Sands, New Quay, Mwnt, Llangrannog, Aberporth, Cwmtydu, Aberaeron etc. Many activites are available nearby including surfing, kayaking, dolphin trips, walking trails, hiking, mountain biking and much more. We have a watersports centre in the village and a leisure centre with swimming pool on our doorstep. The cottage sleeps up to 4 people. There is one double bedroom and one double sofa bed.
