Welcome to Katie's Corner cottage at Greetham Retreat in the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds, this is our most spacious luxury holiday rental that sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms plus infants in cots. Also benefiting from two modern en-suites, one has a large bath and separate shower. Katie's Corner has flexible arrival days.The open plan living areas have quality leather sofas and real oak furnishings and floors. It also has a large flat screen TV with wall mounted DVD player and a DAB radio. Just off the living area, the kitchen & dining area is spacious and well equipped. The kitchen has plenty of cupboards and large work surfaces and benefits from having fully integrated modern appliances, like a ceramic halogen hob, full size electric fan oven, large microwave, upright fridge freezer and dishwasher. The dining area has a large real oak dining table with 5 leather dining chairs and a breakfast bar and 2 stools for more casual dining which is also perfect for the kids. Two bedrooms are on the first floor and a third bedroom is on the ground floor. Upstairs one bedroom has a double bed and the other has zip and link beds and can have either twin single beds or be made up as a super king size (6ft) double bed. These bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with large bath, separate shower, hand basin and WC. The ground floor bedroom also has a double bed and its own en suite shower room with hand basin and WC. The ground floor bedroom is ideal for guest with limited mobility. We have recently upgraded and replaced all of our beds with new hotel quality luxury pocket sprung beds, the bed linen is luxury (400 thread count) white Egyptian cotton, and large hand & bath sheet towels are also provided. All bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen TVs.Up to 3 pets are welcome in this cottage. It also benefits from a partially enclosed courtyard patio area with outdoor tables and chairs which make it ideal for al fresco dining, pre dinner glass of wine or simply enjoying that leisurely morning coffee.For larger groups and extended families Katie's Corner may be booked along with our other self catering cottages at Greetham Retreat that are all listed on this site. Welcome to Laura's Loft at Greetham Retreat which is a very private and stylish loft apartment with glorious views through its large skylight windows. It has been purposefully designed to offer really comfortable accommodation for couples or solo travelers. It is just perfect for a romatic getaway or for anyone wanting privacy and relaxation. Laura's Loft has flexible arrival days.This first floor accommodation has its own private ground floor entrance door and stairs leading to the living areas. The Lounge is open plan with real leather and solid oak modern furniture which include a comfortable sofa and armchair, coffee table, dining table with two comfortable leather dining chairs. The flooring is real oak too and there is also oil fired central heating throughout. Light and airy living space with separate double bedroom and en suite luxury whirlpool bathroom, hand basin and WC. Television has Freesat and Freeview satellite and a wall mounted DVD player. Free Wi-Fi available.We have recently upgraded and replaced the double bed with new hotel quality luxury pocket sprung bed, the bed linen is luxury 300 TC white Egyptian cotton, and large hand & bath sheet towels are also provided.
