"The overall service at the Coleraine Ibis hotel was pretty good. The staff were friendly and efficient.
However, right after I checked in and was about to boil some water, I noticed the kettle in the room was quite dirty. After I reported it to the staff, they quickly replaced it with a new one, which I really appreciated. But then, the new kettle also seemed to be leaking, so I think the hotel still has room for improvement when it comes to its hardware facilities.
Overall, the hotel staff provided good service. For instance, when I ordered takeout, they even helped deliver it to my room, which was a nice touch and made me feel well taken care of.
As for the location, it's a bit inconvenient. It takes about 15-20 minutes by bus from Coleraine train station, and buses stop running after around 5:30 PM, so after that, you'd have to take a taxi.
On the plus side, the amenities around the hotel are very convenient. There are supermarkets like Lidl, Sainsbury's, and M&S nearby, as well as restaurants like McDonald's and Nando's, making it very easy to buy food or dine out.
Overall, the service quality of this hotel is good, and the staff are efficient and helpful. If the hotel could improve its hardware facilities, such as the kettles, I believe the stay would be even more ideal."

"The hotel has a good environment, renting a car to the sea, there are 6,7 attractions, the scenery is really good, the original ecological feeling, but unfortunately the time is not enough, only went to three places. The breakfast is very good, the bar is better at night, there is a big supermarket behind, but it takes a circle to turn the fence."
