"Very happy with the person who manages this hotel and who knows to be at my listening, indeed a problem when recovering the room, the booking code was not valid, so I have asked for assistance, And there surprised me had to pay the room for having the code that allowed me to access the hotel, outside this room was already paying via Trip.com, with evidence supported since Trip.com had taken the amount from Paypal and that the amount was also withdrawn from My bank account, in short, if the person who cares for this hotel had not offered me an alternative, and I would have had to sleep in my car, then I don't know his name but thank him yet. "There are 3 Ibis Hotels in the center of Albi .
Two in the very same building and another one barely 300m away.
3 different levels of service too.
The general location is very practical when staying in the town. I lived in Albi for many years and appreciate the fact I can get everywhere just walking from these hotels.
I stayed in 2 out of the 3 and both felt a little too expensive for the actual room comfort they provide.
But it's a general Ibis trend.
On several occasions some rooms had cigarette smoke smell and the staff has always been very helpful managing to relocate me in odorless rooms."

"Loved our stay at this hotel. First, the location, right on the River Tarne, with walking distance to the town centre and the magnificent Ste Cecile Cathedral. Very scenic location, and loved listening to the river. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable with Nespresso coffee maker in the room. The breakfast was copious, lots of choices with varieties of Nespresso coffees available. Bonus that we didn’t have to pay for parking either, maybe because it was off season. We really loved the stay and will probably come back to stay again."

GGuest UserVery interesting home inside the old walled village. Parking situation was not clear - There are no cars allowed in the village and parking is restricted outside but figured out we needed to park outside the walls, cart our luggage to the house and then the host provided pass to put in the car. Google maps directed us to the correct anddress. Overall the hospitality was good and rooms were very charming. Our room had a balcony overlooking the area. Would recommend to others.

GGuest UserThe overall environment, the room is clean and tidy. With living room, dining room, kitchen area is large enough. The location is less than 10 minutes walk from the Tarn River, the ancient bridge, the main church, the museum, the market, etc. It takes only 20 minutes to go to Carrefour Supermarket. Buy some food and go back to the hotel to put the refrigerator, microwave oven and then eat at the table. It feels like home. Compared with most hotel rooms, it is bigger and convenient. In short, I will definitely stay again next time. Reminder: If the hotel walks to the train station, there are two albi, albi ville and Albi Madeleine. The regular albi ville is 1.9km from the hotel, and Albi Madeleine is 650 meters from the hotel 😊

GGuest UserDelightful boutique hotel within a stone's throw of the main old town/marketplace of ALBI. The staff at the hotel were very attentive and efficient. The room was very tastefully decorated in a modern style. Certainly worth the challenge of navigating the small lanes and parking convolutions to stay here. Good value. Excellent service. Great position. Recommend it.

Las zonas comunes son geniales, hay juegos para los niños, gimnasio, sauna y una terraza con unas vistas muy chulas.
El punto negativo es que la insonorización no es muy buena y se escucha ruidos de la terraza en los pisos superiores y de los aires acondicionados o calefacción en los pisos más inferiores.
Nosotros tuvimos un problema con los ruidos y nos cambiaron de habitación.
El personal muy amable y resolutivo, dentro de sus posibilidades, el resto perfecto
Por decir algo más las almohadas no son muy cómodas pero eso es un poco personal.
