"When I checked in at night, the front desk was a black man who could not speak English, and was extremely slow and difficult to communicate. It cost 38 euros to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel. I booked a large double bed room and added a sofa to the single bed. I responded to Ctrip's customer service. The customer service was really dedicated. At the time, at 11:30 in France and 6:30 in China, the customer service was handled immediately. At that time, I was too tired and didn't want to toss too much. Ctrip also gave a reasonable result. Overall it's ok. The next day the front desk can speak English during the day, so the communication is much better"
