Very good reception with friendly staff. Also very clear information about the entrance of the hotel and the parking. Furthermore hygienic, quiet rooms, in short everything you need in a hotel for a good night's sleep. The location is close to the highway which makes moving to other locations very easy.

Very good location of the hotel, next to a wonderful restaurant Brasserie Andre. The room is very small and it was a bit stuffy, because our window did not open, but it is clean. I recommend it for one night

The hotel is located just across from Lille Europe train station. It is perfect for overnight stay to catch early morning train. During the stay, the gym was broken, which was not a good sign. In addition, although the room is quite comfortable and clean, the quality of the bathroom can be improved.

We were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered. Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.

The location is definitely one hundred points, just opposite the train station, there is an elevator, and the overall new 😁 seems to have been renovated. I think the biggest drawback is that the service attitude is really bad. When I put my luggage, there was no space. I could only put it behind the bar in the restaurant on the first floor. The waiters were the front desk staff. I felt very confused. But the whole is very clean

The room is clean and the floor is quiet. Environment: Comfortable, Service: Professional I recommend it. There is a shopping mall nearby for shopping, and there is also a large parking lot. The transportation is convenient and fast, and it is a lot of one-time employment experience.

The receptions are really helpful, she is pro-active to assist before l asked for my wises. The room is bigger than standard as it has an extra sofa which can turn into additional bed and also a extra table for snacks. The WC is seperate from the shower, and you can take a shower with either a stand-bath or shower-tub. But most important is hygiene and they are doing really well. The location is right next to station and also shopping mall EuraLille. The breakfast is not amazing as not much warm meals you can choose from beside scrambled eggs and mini Bratwurst however there are enough various for breakfast.
