"This is a beautiful hotel in the very centre of Tulouse, from which you can reach all the famous tourist sites on foot.  The friendly staff settled in the room as early as possible, you can also leave your stuff before settling and later. The room was small but comfortable. It had everything you needed except the teapot. There was a coffee machine with capsules.  This hotel can be boldly recommended."

"Superb hotel!!! The apartment-style kitchen is essential for me (very functional). The bedding is excellent!! Everything is clean. Access was a bit tricky at first, but ultimately, the hotel felt secluded and quiet."

"I thought the location was perfect as it is only 15 minutes from the airport, and about 15 minutes from city centre - tram is right outside hotel, which was brilliant! The hotel is clean but very basic, the only hotel I have ever stayed at with no room service, bed not done the next day and no fresh towels provided other than when you check in. Didn’t expect the bed to be so close to the door when we entered the room and the bed was a small double so didn’t get a great night sleep either. I wish I could give a better review because the staff were all so lovely and welcoming and helpful, but I’m being as honest as I can for others. Karina on check in and throughout our trip was so helpful and friendly- she really gave us good tips on getting around Toulouse and what to see etc. hotel full of friendly, lovely staff but as for the hotel - unlikely to stay here again!"

"No service, basically self-service. There is no need to worry about hygiene and comfort. It's because it's a bit like the apartment-style accommodation in large units in China. It feels like there is only a dormitory manager in the whole building. Every door is locked and there is no sound at all, so the sense of security is a bit lacking. Perhaps it would be more appropriate to describe it as having no worldly air. There is a kitchen in the room, but it is difficult to buy food. Without a car, you can't go too far to buy food. The road was full of cars and few pedestrians, and there was not much of a bustling atmosphere. My mother and I traveled on our own, and his father did not go, so we felt insecure. Actually, there were no accidents. We went to see the Airbus headquarters museum. Anyway, there is no atmosphere of fireworks. It is very close to Airbus headquarters. Taxi 12 euros. 20 minutes walk. The locals should live a relatively closed life, and are very self-centered and uncivilized in ideology. They are the kind of people who have never seen a bigger or better world, and think that owning the Airbus headquarters means they own the whole world, and they are the only ones who are superior to others. So when dealing with them, you must be very polite and have high standards of manners, otherwise you will be misunderstood. Haha, when in Rome, do as the Romans do. It's no big deal."

"Just a night in a comfortable room. A pleasant staff at the reception. The hotel is located near the shopping centre of Carefour and the rocket, which is very convenient. Small bemol: I had to add a supplement to have a room in the Rdc, which was not indicated at the beginning, it's a pity."

"Very central, and very friendly staff. Unfortunately the carpet throughout the building was filthy. The building is neglected but for a short visit it is perfect of you're not picky. I arrived to my room and the toilet was not functioning properly. Staff were on it within 40 minutes and had fixed it themselves asap. Very accommodating and helpful with anything I was unsure with. Minimal amenities in the room, but was lucky enough to have a balcony nonetheless. Functioning AC too. You pay for what you get."
