Didn't pay any attention to where it was located, so I was pleasantly surprised when I found it to be inside the tower and walls. There was also free parking not too far away. Would have been closer, but it was closed as there was an event being set up for the weekend. Restaurant was good and there was a spa but the water could have been way warmer.

A hotel with a grand and impressive interior that befits the majestic history of Nimes. Location is perfect, right beside the historic amphitheatre. Front desk staff speak good English and were about to give us useful, money-saving tips about parking on a Sunday (namely, street parking is free). Rooms are spacious and well-equipped with the extremely high ceilings a particularly unique feature, lending even the room itself a sense of grandeur. Overall, we certainly felt this hotel was well worth the money spent.

The hotel's location is super convenient, directly opposite the train station, just a 2-minute walk after exiting. It's also close to Nice's main attractions. It was very quiet at night, making for a comfortable sleep. The front desk staff were attentive and enthusiastic; they allowed us to store our luggage even before check-in time and proactively offered us a city map. The room also had cooking facilities available for use. However, the room wasn't cleaned during our three-day stay, and we only got coffee replenished after bumping into a housekeeper and asking them directly. The front desk wouldn't provide refills. Checking out was quick and easy; we just dropped the key into the key box.

Hotel well located

This hotel is very good, First of all, the location is very convenient, just beside the Nim city center square, the attraction is out, next to the train station 5 minutes, and very safe. Then it was very warm as soon as we entered the lobby. Our friend happened to be during Christmas. The hotel was full of festive atmosphere and the atmosphere was very sensational. European rooms are small, this is relatively spacious, and the indoor hygiene is very good. The uncle at the front desk should be the manager or the boss himself. It should not be French. The attitude is very good and super kind. I like Chinese culture very much. I have talked to us for a long time. We have to return at midnight. They first arranged the room, handled the luggage, handled the room card in advance, and told the staff on duty in advance at night. It is already very rare abroad. It was good to see the restaurant, but I didn’t have time to taste it. Recommend this.

A very large and comfortable bed with a good, made-up duvet – we really appreciated this after nights in other *** hotels with just a wool blanket over a sheet. Excellent modern shower!!! Stylish and enjoyable, perfectly clean! The room was large and had a coffee machine (we didn't have breakfast, as we planned to eat in town). Parking, as in any old town, was difficult, but it would be helpful to know which nearby parking garage is best to use and which one to drive directly to. Otherwise, a very good stay at the hotel; I would gladly stay there again. Very satisfied. Highly recommended!

Prima hotel voor op doorreis naar Spanje. Vriendelijk personeel en mooie entourage. Zwembad is heerlijk na een volle dag rijden. Locatie is qua afstand naar centrum van Nimes top alleen de locatie ligt aan een zeer drukke weg. Was het enige minpunt. Verder tophotel

Superb location and cleanliness! Few steps from major train stations and bus stops. Walking distance to major attractions and city center. The female dorm room is spacious and comfortable despite the number of beds. There are 2 en-suite bathrooms which are so clean too. All the staff are kind and friendly. There’s a rooftop where you can chill when it’s nice weather. Nearby there are eateries from fast food to proper restaurants, and a nice small square where locals gather to relax. Kitchen is clean. AC works so well in the room and common area which is rare in France. But they should turn off the AC in the kitchen when not in use and also leave it at minimum 26 Celsius degrees to save electricity.

Quite far from the center. Room is beautiful, clean, cozy and large. There were problems with communications in English - when we called and asked to help to organize excursion nobody could understand us. Also the day of arriving we called in order to aware of the late arrival, the receptionist said something in French and hang up the phone.

Welcome to the hotel. The hotel is very clean. Excellent litter. It is a good place to regret the absence of hairdryer for a hotel of this category. Medium restoration.
