"Near the river bank, walking to the city center is also close, there is a tram stop in 2 minutes, convenient. The price is reasonable, the kitchenette is complete, and there is a dining table. There is a bubble water machine on the first floor, the counter staff is kind, and a friend sleeps one bed (double bed in the room and sofa bed in the living room). I stayed for six nights and could stay back. No air conditioning is a fly in the ointment, but there are two fans that can cope with the hot and high weather."

"That hotel was so unexpected. It is located in the middle of a forest in the countryside (but only like a 15min ride to Besançon), and what I liked aboutvit it's basically a white château in the middle of the forest/land with a beautiful terasse restaurants. It seems the restaurant is quite popular, because even arriving at 10:30pm it was full of guests enjoying their food an drinks with the view to the garden. The room are huge and modern. I was there for business trip but it would be suitable for people spending a weekend getaway or holidays. Also for kids would be very nice since there is a lot of nature, even some playgrounds and next to it is a land with horses. And hotel itself quite historical and charming. I would totally come again."

"Diese Buchung war ein Nofall weil ich wegen der Wetterverhältnisse nicht weiterfahren konnte, deshalb ear ich um jedes Bett froh das ich kriegen konnte. Generell für ein Hostel war es okay aber mir ist beim Betreten sofort Uringeruch in die Nase gestiegen. Kommt wahrscheinlich von den Gemeinschaftsbadezimmern. Leider hat das Bettzeug nach Rauch gerochen und das Zimmer war nicht sehr sauber. WiFi hat auch nicht funktioniert. Aber ich habe sehr gut geschlafen und das Frühstück war auch ganz nett."

"First of all, the hotel has a first-class environment, exclusive lake view, plenty of parking spaces, complete sauna facilities, clean and hygienic, exceeding expectations. Secondly, every employee is very friendly and proactive. Especially worthy of praise is the restaurant's production. We stayed for two days and ate for two days. The last beef head was a pleasant surprise. When ordering, the proprietress also reminded us that we were not used to eating. The chef carefully made it, soft, tender, and sputum. I think I will miss this dish, but unfortunately I only remembered to take pictures after eating. If you have the opportunity to come here, you will definitely choose to live here and eat here. The boss daughter is so cute, she made flowers with napkins to send to her mother, and she can feel their happy family when she lives here."

Our Stopover Stay at Les Tilleuls Montbéliard Sud Audincourt =)
Our stay at Les Tilleuls was simple, calm, and pleasantly straightforward. It’s the kind of place that doesn’t try to impress loudly, but quietly gets a few important things right.
What stood out first was the location. The hotel was very easy to access, whether arriving by car or navigating around the area. That alone made the stay feel stress-free from the start, especially after a long day of travel.
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, there was a sense of ease—nothing rushed, nothing cold. It felt like a place where guests are genuinely expected and calmly looked after.
Another thing we really appreciated was how quiet the area was. Even at night, everything felt peaceful, which made it easy to rest properly. Waking up without noise or disruption added a lot to the overall comfort of the stay.
All in all, Les Tilleuls Montbéliard Sud Audincourt offered exactly what we needed: easy access, a welcoming environment, and a quiet setting. Sometimes, that balance is more than enough.

Very clean and comfortable stay. There are many (chained) restos around. Breakfast was good with eggs, hams etc.
Just only one thing that we put “do not disturb” sign and kept it clearly visible outside when we left cos we didn’t want anyone to enter the room, but there was a housekeeping, entered, and clean…….

We asked for a quiet room, but we had a room on the first floor (on two), and the noise of steps from the room above our was really strong. The sound of the voices was also very well spread ... This was not the fault of other customers. We stayed in other ”old buildings”, which they do not worry about. Even the room moquette was put on the swift. This is said, at 66€ on Sunday night (in low season)... you have the quality you pay. The staff were very smiling and sympathetic, and the bathroom was very well renovated.

It was a great stay, with friendly staff and nice room. Also it was just located next to a casino which has also a restaurant. Very convenient. The breakfast was nice. I would come back when I will be around. It was good value for money. Also they have a big parking lot just next to the hotel.

Nous sommes satisfait de l’hôtel et des prestations offertes. La chambre était très bien et la télé un vrai plus ! C’était calme paisible.
Petit bémol : Le matelas était un peu trop dur et la douche malheureusement ne retenait pas assez l’eau ce qui fait que nous avons faillit tomber après la douche. Malgré cela je conseil et re conseil cet hôtel !
+ l’équipe du petit déjeuner était très agréable il y avait des choix variés pour tous les goûts merci !

Guest UserI stayed in a double room (single room). The room was average size, and the double bed was a decent size. The facilities were basic, typical of an Ibis Budget hotel, with no closet or refrigerator. The Wi-Fi was good. The shower had poor drainage, and water quickly spilled onto the floor.

If there was a kettle that would have been great - I did not try asking reception. Location was not too bad if you want a cheaper stay and to drive to Switzerland the next day.
