"If you're interested in Roman history, all the ruins in Tarraco are worth seeing. The H10 hotel is close to all the attractions in the old town; basically, you can get there with just a good pair of hiking boots. Also worth mentioning is a restaurant run by locals. The owner emphasizes that they won't change the traditional Catalan paella cooking method to cater to customers' tastes. Although I don't know what traditional paella should taste like, the result was still worth recommending."

"I’m not familiar with Tarragona city for the first time. I booked this hotel on Ctrip. It is about 3~4 kilometers away from the city and 500 meters away from the hotel. There are buses, either No. 6 or No. 54. You can get to the city from 5 to 8 stations, and the distance to the attractions is also very convenient. The hotel’s breakfast is delicious, the rooms are large, and the environment is really good. If you go in summer, the hotel also has a swimming pool. The price is very high. , Shopping is very convenient, the price is affordable, and I will stay here next time. The city of Tarragona is beautiful and it is worth visiting. It is a very historic city!"

"Great option to stay if you want to visit Port Aventura amusement park.
Staying for the night at the hotel will grant you access to the park on both days, the check-in and the check-out.
Rooms are clean and comfortable, for a good rest after spending the day at the park.
The swimming pool is also amazing, big and beautiful, it is an adventure in itself.
Only issue is the service: you can feel that the staff do their best, however during peak season, they are so busy that for sure you will have to line up in order to get anything done. They are moving ahead and making moves for automatic self-service processes: like self- check out, but still is not enough. You gotta then have some patience and wait until your turn comes."

"Hôtel très bien situé, chambre très propre et lit confortable Il n'a pas été difficile de garer ma voiture à proximité sans payer. Il n'y avait cependant pas de nécessaire pour faire du café ou thé, pas de bouteille d'eau non plus. Le buffet proposé par le restaurant de l'hôtel est assez varié compte tenu du faible prix facturé (15 euros par personne, boissons comprises à choisir entre vin et eau). Certes, le check-in a été un peu lent, car il y avait une seule personne à la réception le soir de Pâques. L'hôtel accepte les chiens, tous les clients qui attendaient le check-in en même temps que nous en avaient, nous n'en avons cependant ressenti aucune gêne."

"Facilities: Because it is a temporary place to stay, there are not many choices, and it is also a family hotel atmosphere. It feels okay, it can be done for one night.

The whole is clean, but the place is too boring and there is nothing fun, but there is a more than 200-year-old ancient stone town west of 40 minutes by car (Calaceite-Teruel-Aragón (Google map search), I went in February, no one, no tourists, no see many residents walking around, no shops, No cafe. It is estimated that it is not a tourist season, not many people, or because it is not a popular tourist spot."

AAlnoorThis hotel is right in the centre of town and close to everything with many restaurants and coffee bars. The parking lot is across the square. The room is very clean and the staff are very friendly. Although the hotel does not offer breakfast, coffee and juice is available 24 hours a day. When checking out they provided a bag of pastries and water. We would definitely return.

LLj7830902The room was very clean, there were two rooms and a living room, the facilities were complete, the bathroom was also very large, I originally planned to stay for one night and now I stayed for two nights. The apartment seat is very convenient to go out at the port. The attractions walk in the past basically 10 minutes. It is a very good hotel apartment. I still want to live in this apartment when I go to Tarragona in the future.

Advantages: good cleaning service, buffet food was okay most of the time, hotel is located very close to the sea.
The biggest disadvantage is an “all inclusive”, it is definitely not comparable with Turkish all inclusive. First of all, visitors who paid for all inclusive are not getting anything in mini-bar, not even a water. You can get water from the bar from a water cooler, but you have to have your own bottle. Also, their “all inclusive” does not include a lot of drinks from the bar, and restaurant near the main bar and in front of the sea. The “all inclusive” ice cream is a joke, instead of the normal ice cream you are getting a smallest version of only 2 or 3 basic ice creams, for all other ones you need to pay. Also, the “snack bar” is located outside of the hotel, food itself was not too bad, but pretty basic, the area was very small and near the children’s swimming pool. For the beach towels you need to give 10€ deposit in cash, and if you want sun lounger with umbrella on the beach you need to pay 25€ for one day use. The hotel bar on the beach is also non “all inclusive”.
So, out of all hotel locations you only can use your all inclusive benefit in 2 bars and 1 “snack bar” + buffet.
Overall, hotel is not bad but not good.
Would only recommend to go there with option bed+breakfast, and pay for the rest meals and drinks. It will be cheaper and you will not feel like an outsider or beggar, going around the hotel asking where you can eat. Because that how we felt exactly.
P.S. Russian lady in the adults only bar was providing an amazing service and was very helpful and kind :)

GGuest UserOn arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.
Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.
The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week.
Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.
If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children).
All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

GGuest Useroverall good experience but some things could have been better english breakfast was abismal worst i have had in 20 years of staying in salou hotels they need to get a chef who knows how to cook a fried egg and sorce some english bacon they were cold and hard the yolks were solid like they had been sitting in the kitchen for 30 mins before they brought them out lunch and dinner were ok however had to pay for water and soft drinks not something i have come across before and place was overrun with school kids at meal times not a plesent experience room was ok but locking the fridge thats a new one on me car parking was an extra of cource and vastly overpriced at 20 euro a day half that at 4r hotels also you couldnt use the lift to the parking you had to get out at reception and get a key or use the stairs again a pain the hotel was clean and reasonably quiet exept the resturant but definatly geared up to charge extra wherever it could would i stay there again probably not and thats just down to crapp breakfast and little things like chargeing you to use the fridge safe and rip off car parking
